The police officer who shot unarmed, white Australian woman Justine Damond has been identified.
Police sources have named the shooter as Officer Mohamed Noor, according to Kare 11.
The officer started on the force in 2015 and, at the time of the shooting, had two outstanding complaints against him, Kare 11’s Lou Raguse tweeted.

This is something that is forseeable when you put Mohammedan men on the police force. Women who speak to them directly are deserving of death and their word as to the commission of a crime cannot be accepted. There are many conflicts involved with a Somali police officer in a civilized society. He cannot deal with women witnesses, complainants, or victims much at all and they are committing unforgiveable crimes just by speaking to him. For a Moslem a death sentences is something to be meted out when he observes a crime deserving it. The Moslem is based in Shariah, not the laws the police force is ostensibly enforcing. All the police training in America cannot change that.
Michelle Gross, from Communities United Against Police Brutality, released a statement on Damond’s death.
“Sadly we now [mourn the life of] Justine, a white woman living in southwest Minneapolis—who simply notified the police about an assault she was concerned about,” Gross said. “She was being a good neighbor! And she lost her life being a good neighbor.”
Ugh. If they are THAT scared they should stay home. That's just dangerous.

I’m thinking maybe she recognized Noor from some prior encounter, and he killed her before she could say anything.

I once had 5 officers surround me and draw their guns. Ordered me out of the car, my wife was in the passenger seat. I had done the evil thing of looking at an abandoned house that was going up on auction. All I did was drive to the front of the house, but stayed well away from it, but it freaked out the nighbors I guess. For whatever reason, the powers that be decided that I needed to be stopped and questioned. So they did. They apologized and let me go after that. I realize I am lucky to be alive.
