The travesty of justice in Idaho is now complete. In the summer of 2016, a 5-year-old girl was sexually assaulted and urinated upon by three Muslim migrant boys in Twin Falls, Idaho. Since then, instead of getting justice, the victim’s family has been abused by law enforcement and governing authorities as if they were the criminals – because what happened to their little girl contradicts the politically correct narrative about Muslim migrants. On Monday, the perpetrators were sentenced, and the final injustice was done to this poor girl.
The injustice began in the proceedings at the Snake River Juvenile Detention Center in Twin Falls when Judge Thomas Borreson of Idaho’s 5th Judicial District ordered the little victim’s parents to say nothing to anyone – ever – about what was said in the courtroom Monday, or to disclose the sentence he gave to the savage attackers. He did allow them to say that they were unhappy with the sentencing, but threatened to jail them for contempt of court if they disclosed why they were unhappy with it.
But even though the victim’s parents were not allowed to talk to me, there were 12 to 15 people in the courtroom who saw and heard the whole sorry business. I was informed of what happened by an anonymous source inside the courtroom – and the more I heard, the more I understood why this judge wanted to keep all the proceedings secret.

Correct. The county Sheriff position is very important, as he can rally the citizens against injustice my the mayor, city council, and even judges, who are also elected. Ive heard that the east part of Idaho has a couple of lib, political motivated Sheriffs there. At least that area does for sure. TheFed District ? judge is a Obama appointed one and looks the “part”. Im all the way north in Idaho...its like a different state up here sometimes.

I didn’t know a judge could take away your right to free speech. He should be impeached, or whatever it takes, to removed from office. The people should stop this kind of unlawful behavior.

Idaho is where the Chobani yogurt company is located, and its muzzard founder has been instrumental in importing many of the scumbags there.
Not to mention all of the muzzard filth Chobani has brought to Idaho.
The judge should be sued for violating their first amendment rights and removed from the bench.
A ‘GAG ORDER’ to protect the integrity of ongoing proceedings is one thing, but to silence them AFTER the proceedings are over is totally out of the question.
They should push the issue and announce it. Let them dare for jail them, and then collect a huge reward when they sue them for wrongful prosecution.
So, I take it that street justice no longer applies in Idaho? Too few MEN around?
The rapists and their entire families should have been removed from our country.

The judge would only put place a gag order on the victims if there's been a miscarriage of justice.
The parents should ignore that gag order, and tell the world what's been done to their daughter. This atrocity must be exposed.
I thought the very same thing. What happened to Idaho? Is it one of those things where a lot of liberals loved the scenery and moved there and brought their politics with them? Is it that Barack Obama purposely put a lot of Muslim refugees into that state? What?
That’s what I was thinking. If it was my child my talking about it would not be anyone’s concern. The rapists’ lives would be in danger though.

Perhaps the Trump Justice Dept should take a comprehensive review of this whole matter.

You know what’s funny to me? The rapists get away with a slap on the wrist- BUT, IF the parents speak about the trial- they will likely be prosecuted to the hilt for doing so and probably do time in prison
So- rape = ok- with little punishment
Talking about the rape = prosecutable offense
