A lawyer for Cosmo DiNardo, the man linked to the search for four missing men in Pennsylvania, said Thursday that his client had admitted to killing them and had told authorities where to find the bodies.
The attorney, Paul Lang, said his DiNardo, 20, confessed to "the four murders" and was prepared to plead guilty to four counts of first-degree murder. Prosecutors agreed to take the death penalty off the table, Lang said.

Per your link it was a fresh grave as one of the identified remains went missing last Friday.
They all went missing starting July 5th so it was a fresh grave but 12.5 feet deep.
Either Serial Killing in a family tradition, or Cosmo’s dad has been digging the holes to cover up his son’s murders.
I trust all the area police departments are reviewing any missing persons cases for the past couple of years at least....
