A lawyer for Cosmo DiNardo, the man linked to the search for four missing men in Pennsylvania, said Thursday that his client had admitted to killing them and had told authorities where to find the bodies.
The attorney, Paul Lang, said his DiNardo, 20, confessed to "the four murders" and was prepared to plead guilty to four counts of first-degree murder. Prosecutors agreed to take the death penalty off the table, Lang said.

Possibly the last thing some of his victims ever saw.
yikes
He was named after his grandfather according to the article. Italian name.
No, the attempted car sale was by the perp AFTER the murders, if I understand correctly. The article does not say how the 4 came to be connected with Cosmo, but he drew attention to himself when the 4 were missing and he tried to sell Meo’s car to someone else.
One of the local articles said Cosmo knew at least some of the guys from Facebook and a public hobby group online where they sell/display fancy sneakers. (Maybe killing people over their Air Jordans????)
Well, then it’s a father & son serial killing operation.
The name ‘Cosmo’ sounded familiar and now I know why. Back in the black and white movie days there was a comedy with a ghost [man] named Cosmo.
When I was in Bavaria about 25 years ago, I visited a few jewel-like Catholic monastery churches. One was in a town called Weltenburg [or something like that]. The church had been built by two famous German brithers who were artists/architects named Cosmas Damian Asam and Egid Quirin Asam. These brothers have left behind such gorgeous churches with Rococo art, sculptures, etc. If you google the name of Cosmas, a series of photos come up and Cosmas had a sense of humor. In the monastery church in Weltenberg he actually sculpted himself into the ceiling. There is a picture of this sculpture on the internet.
Burning the bodies would account for the other bones they found.
“The person says a co-conspirator was involved in three of the killings.”
Cosmo is going to rat out his dad.
Looks like they all knew each other, possibly from Cosmo dealing pot and other issues. Three of the 4 are mentioned on a group chat/text circulated to Cosmo and other pals as the search was unfolding:
Do you work at the Post Office?
Cannot believe the family with the Italian last name owns a concrete and trucking business. It is not funny exactly, but the stuff books are made of for sure. Maybe he buried the bodies with a back hoe.
It will make a good movie, especially if the old man is indicted.
The old man and Cosmo with fumbling around with the back hoe, setting bodies on fire and arguing about how deep the hole will have to be.
It seems that several of the boys/men knew each other but they were not all of one circle. I don't think they all knew DiNardo. A cell phone ping led to the DiNardo farm and cadaver dogs found the gravesite. Those dogs must be really great since the hole is 12.5 feet deep!
I hope that the plea deal precludes any mental illness defense - they are saying he agreed to "plead guilty" to the four homicides and told them where the bodies were.
