The special counsel overseeing the investigation into Russia’s role in the 2016 election is interviewing senior intelligence officials as part of a widening probe that now includes an examination of whether President Trump attempted to obstruct justice, officials said.
The move by Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III to investigate Trump’s own conduct marks a major turning point in the nearly year-old FBI investigation, which until recently focused on Russian meddling during the presidential campaign and on whether there was any coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. Investigators have also been looking for any evidence of possible financial crimes among Trump associates, officials said.

If all the imaginary collusion happened, and Trump interefered with the Flynn investigation somehow, and Clinton had won the election, the amount of disscuussion relating to election security, election legitimacy, hacking the DNC, "active mesures," and Russians, would be ZERO. Boy oh boy, the acceptance of Mueller may be one of the biggest unforced errors ever committed. I hope not. But he walks in with same kind of endorsement/reputation that Comey did in the beginning.
Remember? Comey was admired by both sides up until the moment he begged off prosecuting HRC. As time went on, he was revealed to be a consummate insider in addition to his actual crime of leaking.

Trump should terminate the Special Counsel.
He should tell Congress it’s your job under the Constitution to decide if I have committed high crimes and misdemeanors, not an unaccountable swamp rat who manipulated weak Jeff Sessions into creating a shadow executive branch.
Trump should say I am on solid legal and constitutional ground in firing Comey and hoping for good treatment for Flynn.
If you in Congress feel differntly, then put up or shut up.
Not true. The man who wrote the law said trump can fire mueller..he can also order rosenstein to do it.

1# Session admits he had decided before accept the post that he would recuse himself from the ‘Russian’ investigation, and he did this without telling the President.
2# Session’s choice for his second in command was a Obama hack, Rosenstein.
3# Rosentsein decides to appoint Mueller, a known Comey friend, ans Sessions did Nothing.

Over the past week, the left-wing Washington Post has published an astonishing amount of Fake News, a torrent of lies, and all of it aimed directly at President Trump.

Hillary is behind ALL this, there is no doubt, no guessing, no conspiracy thinking whatsoever, it is FACT. I have people I know who work in DC telling me this She is using all her connections in DC and the media to push this hoax as far as it can go and she is never going to stop. If this hoax goes away, she will create a new one and another and another. Hillary OWNS Washington, they are all terrified of her. Why? I don’t know, but that’s why she’s never been prosecuted and why nobody from BOTH parties ever mentions her criminal acts. That’s why I said last year that once Trump took office, his first order of business should have been to see to it that Hillary was PROPERLY investigated and indicted. He really messed up not doing that because right now she is making his life hell. Trump HAS to cut the head off the snake if he ever hopes to even begin to drain the swamp.
This is the switch over of the narrative - the deep state refused to say Trump was not under investigation for Russian collusion, and now they can’t say that, because Comey had to admit it under oath.
Now they can hang this on Trump for the rest of his presidency.

Its latest hit piece runs a quote from, “a former senior U.S. official who is close to current administration officials.” That’s an anonymous source quoting hearsay from other anonymous sources.

Last week, the Washington Post unveiled a story based on “the private accounts of more than 30 officials at the White House.” The fake news story falsely claimed that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein threatened to resign.
Rod had a simple answer when asked about that piece of fake news. “No.”
