Comey is a leaker, setting an example that it’s OK for FBI agents to leak to the media - he should be punished/fired.

here’s what I bet happened: The WH got a call from CNN wanting a comment on the leak that Flynn had been cleared by the FBI for the ambassador calls. Trump wanted to close-door ask Comey if that was true, CNN was going to run a story that Flynn had been cleared. The next day CNN runs their story, confirming the NYPost story of Jan 24.
Comey’s a liar.
Since his memos are of the meeting/spoken words with the President, would they not be, automatically, considered classified, until someone says otherwise?
So how is his leak any different than Reality Chicks leak?
How is that not a crime?
What if FBI agents leaked documents on Hillary when Comey pardoned her? Or Marc Rich? Or New Square?
I would have crushed him on this? He did this because to get a Special Counsel.

Comey also said he turned his memos over to the special prosecutor, presumably meaning they were never part of any official FBI records, just his personal little CUA file. And who knows when they were actually created.
Wonder if there is any video still around of the moment Comey left Trump Tower and immediately, while in the limo, began tapping out his notes on his laptop.
By my reckoning those memos were work product of his employment and, as such, not his personal property to be casually tossed around.
By admitting this Comey is even dumber than I previously thought he was.
