The criminals are minors so it is not unusual for their criminal files to be blocked to the public.

However, the victim and her family have been mistreated to protect the false idea that the Muslims being let in are peaceful. They did not want the community to be stirred up so they did their best to shut up the family and hide everything from the community. They were willing to hurt the victim and her family to hide the truth about the nature and culture of Muslims. They do this in Europe even worse.
