The travesty of justice in Idaho is now complete. In the summer of 2016, a 5-year-old girl was orally and anally raped and urinated upon by three Muslim migrant boys in Twin Falls, Idaho. Since then, instead of getting justice, the victim’s family has been abused by law enforcement and governing authorities as if they were the criminals – because what happened to their little girl contradicts the politically correct narrative about Muslim migrants. On Tuesday, the perpetrators were sentenced, and the final injustice was done to this poor girl.
The injustice began in the proceedings at the Snake River Juvenile Detention Center in Twin Falls when Judge Thomas Borreson of Idaho’s 5th Judicial District ordered the little victim’s parents to say nothing to anyone – ever – about what was said in the courtroom Tuesday, or to disclose the sentence that he gave to the savage attackers. He did allow them to say that they were unhappy with the sentencing, but threatened to jail them for contempt of court if they disclosed why they were unhappy with it.
But even though the victim’s parents were not allowed to talk to me, there were twelve to fifteen people in the courtroom who saw and heard the whole sorry business. I was nevertheless informed of what happened by an anonymous source inside the courtroom – and the more I heard, the more I understood why this judge wanted to keep all the proceedings secret.
From the beginning to the end, for Idaho officials this case was about one thing, and one thing: not justice for this poor little girl who was brutalized and abused, but about making sure that Americans don’t start to realize what is happening and oppose the Muslim migrant influx. When laws are not applied fairly and equally by the government, but instead are used as political weapons by those in power, then those in power should not be surprised when the public not only has distain and hatred for them, but then takes the law into its own hands.
The answer here is to take the law into ones own hand and the bible into the other.

If this were my daughter, niece, family member, I don't think I would have any problem seeking justice in a more 'informal' way and taking my chances with a sympathetic, local jury.

if the father dragged this judge behind his pick up and i were on the jury, I’d vote NOT GUILTY.
It not only makes me angry, but saddened that this "judge" and the corrupt prosecutor will never be disciplined, removed, or held accountable for what I believe constitutes a crime against this little girl and her family.
Their rights were (and continue to be) raped and violated by these corrupt, godless, globalist Satan worshipers who treated these Muslim juvenile rapists with kid gloves.
This Obama appointed "judge" Olsen should be impeached, arrested, charged, found guilty, fined, and incarcerated.

And this pos judge would soon learn that he couldn’t keep me from telling the truth. And Former U.S. Attorney for Idaho Wendy J. Olson, appointed by President Obama in 2010 threatened to prosecute Idaho residents who spoke out about the sexual assault case in a way that was unflattering to the perpetrators.
There needs to be rallies outside the courthouse. This case needs a lot of attention.
Okay. Is it just me, or was EVERY Obama appointment either gay, muslim, black, or a combination of the three? (The black doesn’t bother me, as long as the person is qualified. But there’s a whole lotta whites, etc., who are qualified, and don’t fit into these categories, who DIDN’T get hired)

The Judge is a magistrate Judge , how the heck he ended up handling a rape case is beyond me. It shows the depths our judicial system has sunk to.
A nation unwilling to protect and fight for the young and those unable to defend themselves deserves little in the way of respect regardless what sanctimonious robe its judges are wearing.
When the perps are afforded more protections than those raped, the ‘terrorists’ truly have won. Those reports that Sharia law is already here? Don’t doubt it. Idaho proved it.
It would be a shame if that judge had an accident.
