The U.S. economy is expected to grow at a 4.0 percent annualized pace in the second quarter based on the latest data on factory activity, construction and consumer spending released this week, the Atlanta Federal Reserve's GDP Now forecast model showed on Thursday.

Asheville boomed through the Obama years if that tells you anything. I happen to love the place despite the ongoing influx of weird from other parts of the country.
I’m northwest of Greensboro. For all the economic damage that has been done due to trade policy here, I’m grateful not to be in poor old Southside Virginia which is really sad.
