The state Senate on Wednesday voted to no longer make it a felony for someone infected with HIV to knowingly expose others to the disease by having unprotected sex without telling his or her partner about the infection.
The crime would be downgraded to a misdemeanor, and the bill would also apply to people who donate blood or semen without telling the blood or semen bank that they have acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, or AIDS, or have tested positive for human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, the precursor to AIDS.
The measure, which next goes to the Assembly for consideration, was introduced by Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), who said it is unfair to make HIV/AIDS the only communicable disease given such harsh treatment by prosecutors.

Insanity, the left are totally insane.

That just about sums it up ...

Well don’t get into an accident, or for any other medical reason, that would require a blood transfusion in CA.
As a nod to the HIV positive rich fags that donate to these politicians. There has to be an explanation for this and usually it’s money.
These people are Satanically controlled, reprobate, perverse and utterly evil. Tagline.
This will increase the medical risk to gay men in California. If President Trump did this, they would say he wanted more gays to die. If someone else does it and pretends it’s compassionate, they’re okay with it.
Knowingly shooting a gun at a politician and hitting him should no longer be a felony.
Putting poison in a politician’s drink should no longer be a felony.
What’s the differance?
They actually did this in France and tens of thousands of people were infected and died. The motive is if just homos are infected no one cares, but get normal people infected and they demand a cure.....$$$
Scott Weiner is from Fag Central and there is a good chance that among his top donors are hiv+ gays who want to screw around without protection. Among the things we learned from last years campaign is that legislators write legislation for their donors.
How is a container of HIV different from a container of Listeria when both are knowingly distributed by a vendor?
This bill needs to get all kinds of air time.
If the recipient was a liberal politician or journalist you would have done the country a favor.
I wonder, does it apply to corporations, too:

Just tying to have a gay old time in time... The left is so politically infected with homosexuality; take Hillary for instnace or any number of the who’s who of the DNC and you find they are homosexuals. And what to think about Obama too? Thus they sow and reap.
Awesome tagline and you are right on with your post.
I’m hoping Homobama will bend over forward to advance this seminal bill.
Or HIV vs. a Dirty Bomb?
Evil doesn’t even begin to describe California.
