Hillary Clinton's inner circle is concerned that the "resistance" that cropped up in the wake of President Donald Trump's electoral win isn't embracing the failed Democratic Presidential candidate as their de facto leader.
As of late, Hillary has taken to marketing herself as the leader of the anti-Trump resistance, Tweeting about her defeat, haranguing Trump in public appearances and "persisting" despite her loss. It's clear from Clinton's Twitter feed, paid speeches, and comments that she wants to lead the mostly female opposition to Trump's policy agenda.
But according to sources close to Clinton's inner circle, she's yet again failing in her quest to win over motivated Democrats. POLITICO reports that her top aides are getting frustrated that they simply can't force progressives to adopt Clinton as their leader.

Hillary has been around so long she is as stale as a rock covered a greenish slime of corruption. Most voters would prefer an Ipad to a stone tablet.
I’ll have to look at the twitter feeds of a few self proclaimed “resistance” types that I know but don’t follow for an insight into what the typical lib is espousing.
One has a cush do-nothing easy government job that pays fairly well. It’s just one of many this person has had.
I generally use a VPN set to another country in a browser that doesn’t have Twitter signed into.
I read a lot but rarely post anything. At most I think I’ve gotten one like in 4 plus years.
Hillary ,,,,, The world has finally come to the unanimous understanding that the name CLINTON has a very foul odor about it . Keep your mouth shut and spare us the stench .
Opposition to Trump is not about Taxes, Defense spending, Russia, Terrorism, Deregulation, Global Warming, or Immigration.

Many in the so called “resistance” are Bernie Sanders supporters who feel the Democrat primary was rigged against Bernie from the start. They despise Hillary as much as they do our President, and will never embrace her as one of their own.

I think a lot of Dems actually didn’t want her last year, but the Clintons and Obama, even though they hated each other, obviously had an agreement going: we’ll support you if you support Hillary in 2016. His support was not exactly enthusiastic, but he didn’t openly support anybody else, either, and no other candidate was really allowed to run against her.
But maybe now the Dems are seeing the Clintons as old and less powerful, so there’s no reason to even pretend to like Hillary anymore. Except for the aged feminist crowd, which loves her because they see her as one of them. But guess what, girls, you’re over now and you’ve done all the damage you can do. Time for a new generation of Dem flakes.
