They should ban the church and bible while they’re at it. Celebrate sin and March for gay pride and atheism.
The Roman Catholic Church lost it’s moral authority when it ushered in Vatican II.
It’s telling — and pathetic — that you’re more likely to see Catholic principles at work inside a Chick-fil-A than inside the walls of a Jesuit institution.
He Gaystapo needs to be resisted and told to shove off.
Offend a homosexual: it’s your right.
The Catholic Church would do itself a big favor if it pulled the “Catholic” designation from about 90% of “Catholic” universities in America.
He should have got his pink slip the day he came out of the closet.
I guess the Queer alliance types would rather have something else shoved in their mouths.
Are they equally opposed to the purchase of petroleum products from countries where homosexuals are thrown from the tops of tall buildings?
“He should have got his pink slip the day he came out of the closet.”
He probably has several pink slips(and other articles of female clothing) in his closet.
In what sense is this still a “Catholic” school?
The Vatican should simply disown it and be done with it.
That is — if the Vatican still wants to exercise ecclesiastical and moral authority.
Catholic University Caves to LGBT Pressure
Gee what’s wrong with this picture?
Also, they banned one of the few businesses which honor’s the Lord’s day.
I don’t care what The LGBT group thinks, says or feels.
I do care if they harm me or my family in any way.
Act accordingly.

Chick Fil A puts a bible on the Missing Man table when they do it. Not sure if they do it in California
Just an FYI, Fordham has not been a Catholic institution since my junior year in 1968. After being denied state funds to endow a chair for Marshal Mcluhan the school’s President, Leo McLaughlin SJ received the approval of the Provincial of the NY Province to create a lay Board of Trustees and hand over governance of the school to it. Its identity as a Jesuit university is more related to maintaining a semblance of the Ratio Studiorum than of its adherence to Doctrine. In addition its policies and curricula are structured to reflect the more recent Jesuit social goal of having its graduates become A Man for Others. As a graduate I am disappointed in Fordham’s capitulation here, and in other areas but I believe a dispassionate history is warranted.
Sadly, your comment is so well put.
Fordham is a Jesuit school. I am not sure if that is the same thing as a Catholic school.
RE: Fordham is a Jesuit school. I am not sure if that is the same thing as a Catholic school.
OK, the Pope is a Jesuit Priest....
