Hillary Clinton is not only out of the woods — she’s ready to resist.
After taking a few months off the national stage following her loss in the 2016 presidential election, Clinton says she’s ready to get back into the nitty gritty of politics — and join #resistance.
Clinton is planning to launch a political group to raise money for progressive-minded groups and organizations, a Democratic source confirms to PEOPLE. The group will be called Onward Together—a nod to her presidential campaign’s slogan, Stronger Together— and will work with those trying to push back on President Donald Trump‘s agenda.
Over the past few weeks, Clinton has been meeting with potential donors and investors, and evaluating groups to fund. Getting back in the political scene has her “fired up,” the source tells PEOPLE.
