The only way it can be fair is for the legislators to use the same type of health care.
The pompous, perfumed panjandrums of the U.S. Congress - House and Senate - always find ways to exempt themselves for the consequences of the legislation they inflict on the American public.
Another candidate for an amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “All laws, rules, and regulations passed by the Congress or enacted by the Executive Branch shall apply equally to all parts of the Federal government. No waivers or exemptions to such laws, rules, and regulations for persons employed by or serving the Federal government shall be permitted.”
Or words to that effect...
I surmise that those in the Senate will strike that portion from the bill because of their self imposed ROYALTY status.

No way they do not exempt themselves from this. They all voted like this knowing the senate will take it out.

Or they will all be classified as citizens of the District of Columbia. Guaranteed they wont have to live by this new improved version of Obamacare.
So are they going to strike the appropriation to fund the ACA for the congress and staffers so they wont suffer a loss to their paychecks?
