The US military and intelligence community has intercepted communications featuring Syrian military and chemical experts talking about preparations for the sarin attack in Idlib last week, a senior US official tells CNN.

Enjoy the laugh.
Hegelian mockery of the sheeple. This is Elite humor.
Bad things can also happen to good leaders when malcontent agitators run around gratuitously undermining morale in the cause.
The American Revolution itself hung by a thread at several junctures due to such disloyal behavior.
Donald Trump is America's George Washington of the 21st century. Or at least he has that potential—as long as his supporters don't tear each other—and thereby the Movement—apart.
Endless second-guessing was something Washington had to contend with as well, and it almost destroyed the Revolution.
The perceptive Patriots of that era realized his greatness, and gave him their loyalty and trust. The same applies in the present day.
I have NO problem with people being concerned. But when that becomes false, unfounded accusations, and undermines morale, it starts to serve as de facto Enemy propaganda—whether intentional or not—and sometimes it is clearly intentional.
If the believers need to do a better job being skeptical, then the doubters need to do a better job seeing the big picture, instead of getting bogged down in hyper-critical nitpicking.
I don’t care for the Kurds. They took weapons away from civilian Christians trying to defend themselves claiming that they, the Kurds, would protect them. Then when the rebels came, they fled and left those defenseless people to die, mostly women and children.
And let me throw this out there and get hammered. Why can’t the Israelis set up some kind of safe zone or take in a few Christians? It’s not like thousands and thousands of Christians died to save them?
But then maybe they do and I just don’t know about it.
Amen....
and, The northern Tigris valley and possibly parts of the Euphrates valley will become a new nation of Sunni Arabs. This stretches as far east and south as parts of Iraq. I’m not sure how this will be divied up with the Kurds, but it will.
My belief is that the area will return to the Ottoman tribal status quo minus the Ottomans. That is not to say the Turks will be left out. Turkey will have a part in it all.

I don’t know what to say about intentional trolls—I thought most of the anti-Trumpers were bumped in the late Spring of 2016.
Though there probably is a proper balance, I think there is a point where the morale of the movement takes second seat to asking legitimate questions—and you and I may disagree on what is a legitimate question.
However what concerns me (please no “concern troll” comments) is that it is becoming very unfashionable to even question actions...There are Freepers going around attacking people who differ with their opinion on the threads. Before the issue of Syria it was the RyanCare bill. Well, I think Trump has people reading FR—even posting here (LS), so our input is valuable and it is OK that we questioned it...IMHO It was a lousy bill as many will now concede~even President Trump wants it re-written. In questioning and yes even disagreeing, we may actually be supporting Trump (sort of an anti-establishment/globalist voice) more than we know because he needs to hear from his base—we don’t know all the force coming down on him from the GOPe, dark state, etc.
I see a defined trend away from free speech in 2017 nationwide—we see it with BLM, snowflakes on Universities, protestors shutting down meetings with speakers they don’t like, etc. I truly just think people should really re-think attaching fellow Freepers who may disagree or the constant “fake news” meme when they don’t like the news. I learn a lot from respectful, spirited debate here—shutting it down with nasty comments does not serve the public well—which is why I continue to say at bottom of my posts: Bad things happen to people who don’t question their leaders.
As the saying goes, I may disagree with you, but I defend your right to say it...(B. Hall)
I have not ever agreed 100 percent with anyone...not my parents (LOL), spouse, adult children, friends, and neighbors. Why would I agree 100% with any politician—I didn’t with Reagan, I don’t with Trump? Even though I don’t agree with everything just because he is our president (as some here have said), I would vote for him tomorrow!
Fregards and have a wonderful Easter weekend.
BTW, I was not ever a Cruz supporter—I supported Trump from day one—actually before day 1 because I had the feeling he was positioning a run.
That wasn’t a very good riposte. It’s like you know I hit a bullseye and your heart isn’t in it to refute.
I also notice that this isn’t the first time you’ve pushed a Deep State-originated chemical warfare accusation. Four years ago you were at it also, in support of Obama.

So now we have someone established to willingly and knowingly lie to us here, who parrots the Deep State line as determinedly as a Washington Post reporter, who claims access to classified info - with the strong implication of being paid to deal in it.
I think it’s time you told the property owner here the full truth about what your real business is here and who is paying you to say these things and why.
The Lyndon LaRouche folks are the source for the overhyped war fears. It’s kind of a hallmark of theirs.
I feel so sorry for you. You think that anyone who doesn’t believe Assad is nefarious and an employee of your boogiemen in the “DEEP STATE.” Dude, do you think we, the US government, took Sarin out of Syria? Did Assad prior to that ever admit having it? No. And now because President Trump says he used it again you want to claim I’m some agent for the “DEEP STATE.” Hahahaaha.
I thought we were getting a lot of LaRouche types posting here.
I've been in foreign countries and had cranks accuse me of being CIA and other nonsense. Do you think I argue with them? No. Likewise, I won't with you.
“My belief is that the area will return to the Ottoman tribal status quo minus the Ottomans. That is not to say the Turks will be left out. Turkey will have a part in it all.”
As noted before on FR, the root of much of our problems in the ME has been the way the Brits, France, US and somewhat Russia divided up the ME after WWII into countries they wanted and to control the people for the oil in the Middle East.
There were a couple of episodes of Foyle’s War that dealt with what was done to placate the Sauds after WWII was over.
That was my first real exposure to what was done in the ME to ensure the flow of oil into the UK and Europe.
I discussed this with a former Brit woman we know. She has been a proud American citizen for decades. Her father was a security driver for the MI whatevers and parliament after WWII until the mid 1950’s. He, retired and came to America.
He was the invisible trusted worker bee, when he drove the power people around in his limos. He heard a lot of things that he knew would probably cause problems later. He basically stayed quiet about what he heard until the Mullahs took over Iran.
After the Shah was deposed by the rabid Jihadists, who took over Iran, and then the ruthless muslim dictators and their more vicious off spring successors took over the middle east. This man began to talk about what he felt had contributed to the muslim problem.
This man started telling his daughter (our friend) and her husband, how some Brits had predicted this outcome. They were told to shut up to ensure the flow of oil into the UK and Europe. He said the US was backing the Brits in the dividing up of the ME after WWII.
He died shortly after the first Gulf War. He said that hell on earth would be in the ME forever, and we needed to step back and let them kill each other. Or kill them if they tried to harm us.
Ever heard of Deep State?
the leaker must be outed and shot
Deep State was playing Trump with the fake intel and he used them to beat back “the Russians are coming narrative”. Smooth move. T-Rex meets Putin to calm the word’s nerves and Trump whacked Isis while threatening little Kim.
This is a consummate geo-political blitzkrieg.

Yes, I know what it means. I also know it’s the title of a David Horowitz book.
If they have all that evidence then it should be presented to the Administration’s alleged employers: WE The People.
And US/western intelligence agencies is not good source either.
Would they lie? Did they spy on Trump and other government “enemies” for Obama?
