Totally. The testing center in Medford - I don’t know if it’s the only one or there are others - said that 80% of the legally permitted grows failed the chem tests.
So they’ll be selling black market too.

There are still bootleggers making and selling untaxed alcohol. It was a huge business in the 50s to early 70s, but still going on today. And alcohol is legal and has been for years.
I heard, recently, of a guy whose legal grow failed testing. The State was nice enough to come to his house and burn everything.

That’s interesting. Around here a lot of the growers make dabs out of their trash/slash or whatever the 99% of the plants that aren’t buds is called. Then they have fun exploding the leftover solvents/propane and whatever other chemicals are used to make the stuff.
People were complaining around here because some growers were burning it all and the AQ got pretty bad, growers were getting moldy plants and then using tons of fungicide, using too much, and then the runoff went into creeks and streams, poisoning them.
I hope it’s very moldy this year and they lose tons of money. Pretty wet so far!

Trump could cause some serious consternation by piling on federal drug enforcement on top of the sanctuary city issues.

They need to take ICE on the raids. Most of these grows are manned by illegals.
