President Trump brought Republican Sen. Rand Paul to Trump National Golf Club in Virginia on Sunday to play golf with him, a little more than a week after the party's healthcare bill failed.
"They're discussing a variety of topics, including healthcare," White House deputy press secretary Stephanie Grisham said.
Budget director Mick Mulvaney, a former leading House conservative, also joined the two.

I cam go out on any day and hit 12 greens and shoot 85. That’s a lot of three putts if you know what I’m saying.
Drive for show, putt for dough
Yes, I am.
I hope he clubbed him like a seal...

“Hmmmm...Very interesting.”
That is my take.
“Indeed. Should have happened weeks ago.
Rand Paul: “Repeal in the morning, replace with free-market plan in the afternoon.” [With the major insurers already on board.]
“Oh, by the way, Mr. President, the promise of, ‘Read my lips, you will get what you want in Phase 2 and Phase 3.’ - is not a sound tactic”.

Very good.
I thought Trump took Paul Ryan golfing.
My comment isn’t toward Rand Paul.
It’s so hard keeping up with all these guys who first names for last names ....

Obama played golf to avoid work. He was probably the laziest president in our history.
You're right about Trump. He utilizes the golf course as just another office/venue to conduct the business of president.
He utilized golf as being able to talk without being spied on.
Well you know what mondays times headlines will read Rand Paul may have ties to Russia.

I predict you would be wrong.
President Trump took him to Trump golf course.......lol, love it.
Yes but his plan is so much closer to being economically viable and it doesn’t include an individual mandate.
Yes, he passed out the book and he also had a meeting with Rand before the whole health care mess started. Now if all parties can be reasonable, a deal can be made.
Golf???? Lord forbid we have another prez who hangs out at the golf course and doesn’t work!!!!!! :-)
