Why not repeal and no replace? Oh, I forgot. Trump promised that he would cover everyone with better plans for less cost and more choices. No pressure on meeting that, is there?

If Trump does simply replace with a more free market system there will be more plans for less cost, and other than the indigent on Medicaid, everyone will be able to afford some sort of plan.
