Boyertown Area School District was sued Tuesday by a high school student and his parents who say his “bodily privacy” was violated when he saw a transgender student -- identified as female in the filing -- undressing in the locker room as he also was changing.
Two conservative faith-based organizations, Alliance Defending Freedom and Independence Law Center, filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. It claims the Berks County school district did not notify parents or students that it was allowing transgender students at Boyertown Area High School to use restrooms and locker rooms matching their chosen gender identity. ---SNIP--- The suit against the Boyertown district claims sexual harassment under Title IX, a federal law; violation of the fundamental right to bodily privacy under the U.S. Constitution; and violation of a state privacy law.

Normal people do not select the bathroom for the sake of identifying with a gender. They select it for privacy from those with different bodies.

Does she not understand that LGBTs are about litigation? The whole gay marriage thing was exactly about litigation. The numerous ballot issues against gay marriage were overruled by litigious judges.
And girls (especially young girls) and women should be respected for their desire for privacy. Actually young boys privacy should be respected too.

Hey, here is an out. Give the girl her “private area” and allow any other girls who are uncomfortable with the trans student to use it but NOT the trans After all, probably most if not all of the girls are uncomfortable.
I was just at my local Kroger store, in an affluent neighborhood. In the floral area, I saw an older woman, long, dirty, stringy hair, wearing a very short sundress, flitting around the flowers. As I got closer I noticed this woman had 5 o’clock shadow and 3 inch pit hair.
This is what wants in the bathroom and dressing rooms with our daughters.

That’s a pretty ridiculous statement coming from one of the most litigious segments of the population.
I really think that costly litigation is a waste of money and time since there are so many liberal judges in place, ready and waiting with a predatory gleam in their eye for such cases to come before them.
Let all the normal kids line up in the nurses office to take their turn in the restroom to change and see how long it takes the principle to decide that they might need to rethink letting the “trans” cry bully walk all over everyone else’s rights. It is time for the vast majority of us normal people to stand up in mass and let them know we’ve had enough.
It is the most important issue of our time if the media says it is.
