Billionaire entrepreneur and owner of the Dallas Mavericks Mark Cuban criticized the Congressional Budget Offices use of a 10-year score to determine the effects of the Republicans' American Health Care Act and said the U.S. Constitution should be amended to make healthcare a right.
Cuban compared the CBOs use of a decade timeframe to the ABC television show Shark Tank, where he stars as one of the investors that hears pitches from business owners. He said one- to four-year timeframes are better but marginally predictable.

Really? So who pays for it? Oh, the government. So where does the government get the money? Tax the rich is the mantra of liberals.
Amend the COnstitution to make ALL Entertainment and Sporting Events a RIGHT!!
Well, I’d say he at least knows enough to understand that making healthcare a right would require a Constitutional amendment.
He may be a socialist, and he is definitely wrongheaded on this topic, but at least he understands how it would have to be done.
Most liberals try to use underhanded legislation or activist judges to get unconstitutional crap enacted.

Cuban commie.
It’s not a right, and calling a tail a leg doesn’t make it so.
How does someone so stupid get so rich?
Nothing for which someone else must pay should be considered a ‘right.’
Otherwise, you have re-instituted slavery.
Better still..amend Mark Cuban so he makes sense.
Let’s amend the Constitution to make people named ‘Cuban’ persona non grata here..................
He is smart enough to know what he is saying.
He also knows that such an amendment has zero chance of passing.
So why would he say this?
He is “virtue signalling” to other snowflakes.
This putz give truth to the observation: “Having a lot of money does not mean you are smart”
Yes, mark, and let’s make sure it includes “and mark cuban and his estate will have to pay for it.”
Universal SexCare...................
When will Cuban announce his intention to run for President?
The Shoe that is about to drop is a Silent One......every healthcare professional that I know is leaving their profession.....can’t take the stress....
As well, all the Best and Brightest Science Kids are going into tech...with a large ROI for 4 years......no one wants to go into Medicine.....no ROI on many, many years of education.......
Result?.......I predict such a short-fall of providers in the next 5-10 years, that Healthcare itself will not be a sustainable system in our country.
Everyone may have coverage....but won’t have doctors
“A healthy population being necessary for the well being and security of a free State, the right of the people to seek medical treatment for illness or injury, shall not be infringed.”
The Constitution is about not denying rights.
You can seek medical treatment; that doesn’t mean you will get it.
“I propose a Constitutional amendment that requires billionaires like Cuban to be taxed at 99%.”
Why stop there? Once they hit a billion, they have to forfeit all but $20. If they’re as smart as they think they are they’ll have another $999,999,999.00 in no time.
A lot of people agree with him.
This is WHY an Article V convention under present circumstances would be a VERY VERY BAD THING.
I’m looking at you, Mr. Levin.
