Rick Walters, an investigator for the Stark County coroner's office, had just left for two death scenes: a suicide and an overdose.
From the road, he called the director of the Ohio Emergency Management Agency to ask for help. He needed more space, he explained — specifically, a cold-storage trailer to act as an overflow morgue.
As with much of the United States, Ohio is in the throes of a heroin and opioid epidemic that shows no signs of abating.

Let's just define folks who OD as merely late term abortions (very!) and the world will be ok.
There are warehouse meth labs in Mexico that are very professionally operated, as if they were legal and they produce quantities of meth that would boggle the mind.
Many scoff about drugs crossing this border, believing it is only marijuana and media and politicians go along with that. Nothing to see here, just a little harmless pot. The truth is all sorts of drugs are pouring across this border. It is unreal.
Recently mules were caught with bundles of marijuana, happens every day...no big deal until marijuana bundles were examined, turns out some of them were filled with meth, on the order of a pinata full of candy. It was not packaged that way to fool BP, they are going after it anyway. It was packaged that way to fool the mules who believed they were bringing only marijuana across the border. If the mules had known the meth was inside they would have known the task was more dangerous (rival smugglers possible hijack) and they would have known the value was far more- they would have wanted far more money to do the task.
The Cartels are very diversified, not only in drugs but human trafficking for labor and prostitution. They engage in kidnapping, murder, you name it they are involved. They have had a free rein with little resistance from this country and are now entrenched.
The BP and other LEOs are now trying to take back the land that was pretty much abandoned to Cartels on the border- an average of 50 miles of the U.S. (at least as far as law enforcement) and it will be a battle to take it back. I truly expect there will be gun battles before this is reclaimed.

Didn’t the president of Mexico say they would flood the US with drugs? Why not tainted drugs to cause death? (I may be misremembering who said what)
We are raising most children to believe the world is theirs, literally. Life is easy, and fair- utopia at its finest and there is no need for them to have real world knowledge, work ethic, morals, ETC in order to succeed. Someone will hand it all to them on a platter as their parents have done all their lives. I am convinced the sky rocketing drug abuse is their reaction when they find out how things work in the real world.
We know where they live and play.
Would perhaps a delivery of a few (dozen!!!) Hellfires from a few Reapers will convince them to seek other lines of employment?
Duterte , the prez of the Philippines has a solution for that: KILL THE DRUG PUSHERS. it’s worked wonders for the country. How come we cant do that here?
A son of friends of ours recently died of an overdose. He was on ADD drugs as a kid. There is a pattern of drug addiction problems and several deaths among children of our friends and ADD drugs in childhood.
I know. I know. Correlation is not causation especially when merely anecdotally observed.
