It appears that the car is still running and in the same spot it was when the incident began almost three hours ago.

Why would the driver claim to have a bomb?
If he had a bomb and planned to use it, wouldn’t he keep his mouth shut?
Is the driver stupid, a decoy or is this a dry run? a test to see what SS would do?
Things happening lately don’t make sense, No logic
