The Supreme Court on Monday sent back to a lower court a case on the legality of federal policy on bathroom access for transgender people.
The high court vacated and remanded Gloucester County School Board v. G.G. to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals after the Justice Department and Department of Education issued new guidance last month removing the Obama-era rules.

Here’s the background, prior to the Supreme Court’s decision, since the Washington Examiner didn’t provide it:
A motion for preliminary injunction was filed asking the court to rule in time for Gavin to be able to use the same restroom as other boys at Gloucester High School when classes resumed for the 2015-16 school year. The district court denied the injunction and dismissed Gavin’s claim under Title IX. That decision was appealed before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the lower court’s decision was overturned in August of 2016. Gloucester County School Board has petitioned for a Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States. The Fourth Circuit’s mandate has been stayed pending the court’s decision on the petition.

This transgender crap is a direct attack against women and womanhood. How can people accept that progs are pro-woman.
Anyone else get the impression, that we are hearing a lot more now about “transgender”, or the “T”, in the “LGBT” peoples lexicon, since the Supreme Court ruling on homosexual marriage??
It’s almost as if, now that they have won the battle over homosexual marriage, that they decided to move on to other things. Such as forcing the “transgender” issues now.
Because their ideology is based on the conformity of hive thinking rather than objectivity of the first pinciples of reason.
Actually the next goal is legalized sex with children. The APA is already trying to have pedophilia changed from a crime to a disorder. Leftists are entirely under the thrall of the pseudoscientists of the Therapeutic State. It’s only a matter of time until they accept pedophilia as a “normal” actvity.
If a transvestite or so-called transsexual goes into the ladies room and uses a stall as intended, for privacy, no one will know. No harm, no foul. What are these individuals doing, waving the uncut weenie about the bathroom, in view of others?
Same with a female dressed male, who can’t really pee standing up anyway. And men (except homosexuals) tend to try not to look too much at other men in that environment. She’d be unlikely to be caught.
Bottom line- keep it out of our faces!
The same APA that no longer believes that homosexuality is a disorder!
They should make men’s bathrooms urinals only, separate solitary bathroom for whatever.
