The military uses shotguns. Like the ones hunters use and use to protect their homes.
The ruling is ridiculous and seems to me to be one that is really unenforceable because of the need to have some clear definition of what constitutes a “military looking.” To use this law otherwise delves into subjectivity rather than clear, objective standards.

Local gunsmith who builds custom rifles here in Montana told me to look at Tikka rifles. He said if more people knew about these rifles he would be out of business.
Mine is the T3 light in stainless fluted barrel, Rem 7mm mag, $600. Shoots touching holes at 100 yds with Berger bullets in my hand loaded ammo. Scope costs 1/3 what the rifle did. I’m not cheap ... just frugal.

Nice, might have to take a look at those, heard good things about them as well. This Kimber shoots pretty tight as well...and with the 5 round box it’s pretty quick to get back on target.
Some gun grabbers simply want to dominate a population without resistance or recourse, while a large number of their dupes are just useful idiots.

This is insane. George Washington, who had a lot to do with our having a Constitutional Federation, today, openly advocated that we adopt the Swiss system, of having military grade weapons in every home, with the teen-aged boys trained in their use. Do these Judges really believe they have a better understanding of what the Second Amendment was intended to provide than the greatest American?
