Local gunsmith who builds custom rifles here in Montana told me to look at Tikka rifles. He said if more people knew about these rifles he would be out of business.
Mine is the T3 light in stainless fluted barrel, Rem 7mm mag, $600. Shoots touching holes at 100 yds with Berger bullets in my hand loaded ammo. Scope costs 1/3 what the rifle did. I’m not cheap ... just frugal.

Nice, might have to take a look at those, heard good things about them as well. This Kimber shoots pretty tight as well...and with the 5 round box it’s pretty quick to get back on target.
