The idea that FISA could be used against political enemies always seemed far-fetched. Now it might not be. Remember the great debate over the Wall following the 9/11 attacks? The Wall was a set of internal guidelines that had been issued by the Clinton Justice Department in the mid 1990s. In a nutshell, the Wall made it legally difficult and practically impossible for agents in the FBIs Foreign Counter-Intelligence Division (essentially, our domestic-security service, now known as the National Security Division) to share intelligence with the criminal-investigation side of the FBIs house. Those of us who were critics of the Wall and I was a strenuous one, beginning in my days as a terrorism prosecutor who personally experienced its suicidal applications made several arguments against it.

Ted Lieu is racist trash.
Proof positive that Asian immigration to the United States was a huge mistake.
The man lives and breathes his resentment against Americans.
So, the question of the day is since this was during the “election”, will Session’s recuse himself for a third time?
First Hillary, Second Russia, now Obama?
And probably got the NSA--through a method with a lot of plausible deniablity--to spy on social media activity. Remember that private dinner President Obama had with the CEO's of Apple, Cisco Systems, Facebook, Google, Netflix, Oracle Systems, Twitter and Yahoo! back on February 17, 2011? Is it possible that not only was a "gentlemen's agreement" made to censor the Right by tweaking search and discovery algorithms, but also allow the NSA to tap into social media services and Internet hardware and software to spy on the Right?
This is simply Good vs Evil, a TV series a decade old. Interesting fact that one episode was entitled “The Orange Volvo”. BO’B doesn’t stand a chance. The Illuminati played heavily in this series, as did the Force of God, IIRC.
You being from Louisiana I am guessing, should know a ‘Southern Elderly Gentlemen’ how soft spoken they are, how quite they are, that is until you get them mad...
So since I seen the grin on A.G. Sessions face and the twinkle in his eyes, I would say he isn’t going to ‘recuse’ himself from anything, and all I heard him say the other day was: “I’m not playing your silly Russian games” and from what is happening right now, I don’t think he’s going to be sitting back...he’s been very busy since he got to his office, and now we can see why...
I absolutely see that “look” in Session’s eyes that you are referencing. Love it.
I hope he doesn’t cave on this due to pressure that it occurred during the election. He threw that out there the other day. He has to investigate this.
This (fingers crossed) is a big break. Folks are going to have to cover their own *sses, tossing others to the sharks. The 'pubs are going to look like the traitorous jerks they are if they don't speak as one voice against this outrage.
Every liberal on social media is regurgitating this a-hole’s BS talking point.
"At 9:26 am, the pool vans arrived at the Palm Beach County Library across from the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach. The press office reports POTUS is at the golf club conducting meetings and taking phone calls. He "might hit a few balls" as well. Pool is holding in a boardroom at the library, awaiting details on who POTUS is meeting with and who may join him for golf."
Anyway, even though the FBI didn't find there was any nefarious purpose to Trump's server that might have connected to a Russian bank, Obama--on a second attempt--got a judge to OK the tap, which allowed his cabal to see not only metadata, but the full content of Trump and associates' emails.
Obviously, using the full weight of governmental assets and structures to lay landmines (e.g., set up Russian ambassadorial meetings with Sessions), then watch the emails go by (e.g., Flynn with Pence) is a nefarious use for partisan gain.
This is an example of who Obama and his handlers are. They're ready and willing to do this kind of thing, not in the pursuit of justice, but in support of an on-going coup to run the USA.
Book 'em, Danno!
That’s a truly moronic statement.
Like there aren’t Obama supporters of every race, creed, or ethnic groups. Even within the same family there are rabid Obama fans and Trump fans.
How about thinking for a second or two before embarrassing yourself by saying something that idiotic.
the wall WAS PUT IN PLACE BY JAMIE GORELICK TO COVER UP CLINTONS ACCEPTING MONEY FROM THE PLA IN RETURN FOR SALE OF LORAL SAT TECH TO THE CHINESE AND other crooked traitorous deals made by clinton... LIKE raidy bank.... and on and on...
CLINTON ... N KOREA NUKE
CLINTON .. 9/11
CLINTON .. CHINESE ICBM AND SUBMARINE TECH
clinton .... scumbag and traitor
Obama spied with wire and computer tapping of both the press and even with allies like the UK. He even sent staff to screw with the last Israeli election.
People here probably have all that logged.
ted ..... go back wehre you came from.... TAIWAN
Trump said he doesn’t use email.
Nah, not wrong.
Used to think the way you do.
That was 30 years ago. You live in California that long, get to know the supposedly “American” immigrants, pretty soon you realize they really do hate us.
The only reason they come is for the money. That’s why they keep their language, customs and contacts.
Once you peel back the layers, all you find is racial nationalism on their part. Been watching Lieu for a long time; he was even in the Air Force as a JAG officer. What a nightmare that must have been for everyone involved.
So no, you’re wrong. There are still a few “conservative” Nationalist Chinese types around but they are all old now; the new people (post 1970) are still tied to the motherland, the Chinese Commnunist Party, and racial solidarity against the Evil Anglos who passed the Exclusion Act.
I think he’d look good in hemp and oak, don’t you?
My take on Sessions (and I’ve said this before on FR) ..... he’s “sweet tea” laced with strychnine. People mistake his southern gentleman manners for weakness or naivete at their own peril.
Need to catch’em first.
