Artificial human life could soon be grown from scratch in the lab, after scientists successfully created a mammal embryo using only stem cells.

Cambridge University mixed two kinds of mouse stem cells and placed them on a 3D scaffold. After four days of growth in a tank of chemicals designed to mimic conditions inside the womb, the cells formed the structure of a living mouse embryo.

The breakthrough has been described as a ‘masterpiece’ in bioengineering, which could eventually allow scientists to grow artificial human embryos in the lab without the need for a sperm or an egg.

Since said person is from aged cells, they would also grow old, suffer ailments, and die pretty fast too, just like the egg and stem cell nucleus clones.

Excellent argument, yes.

The idea of sexual reproduction is the introduction of SCRUTINY; one fit person observes the other slobbering, talking to himself, one leg too long, ect. and then makes the “no mate” decision.

And in fact the whole species is later helped because the unfit genome was selected for non-replication.

So by introducing descrimination, sexual reproduction actualy makes tons of sense, over the long term.

How are the social BEHAVIORS related to reproduction, and natural selection, passed on and CONSERVED?

Dysfunctional pervert stem cell donors who can’t figure out how to identify a viable member of the opposite sex - let alone to have learned, and be able to model, the social behaviors required to create a culture of reproductively viable offspring - are not what nature selected for “PARENTS”.
