The Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee is pushing the Department of Justice to slap criminal charges on an aide who helped maintain Hillary Clinton’s private email system.
Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) sent a letter this week to the newly sworn in attorney general Jeff Sessions, demanding that Bryan Pagliano be brought “before a grand jury” or be charged.
Pagliano, a former State Department senior advisor during Clinton’s tenure there, ignored multiple subpoeanas calling on him to testify before the House Oversight Committee.

I would bet good money that Hillary rewarded Huma, Cheryl Mills, Blumental and those given immunity to protect her ***.
All these people could be on the State Dept payroll....prolly as no-show govt contractors, still cashing US govt checks. Still receiving classified info. Getting all the tax-paid perks they can dream up.

ITEM---when Huma Abedin exited the State Dept, she was required to signoff on form OF-109....a separation agreement that states she understands when leaving the US government that she is maintaining no classified information.....and that she understands her legal obligation to protect further classified information and safeguard any potential disclosures......
She apparently signed off on the exit form knowing Anthony had zillions of govt emails.
ITEM---could Huma have renewed her security clearance through the sub rosa subcontractor arrangement after leaving State?
My vote is for no immunity for any of them. Prosecute

Understand, but the way I see it, this guy was the ENABLER. He should have told Ankles to F-off and that he wouldn’t break the law for her. But instead he figured that he was protected by Eric Holder and whoever came after him...why even a Republican promising a ‘new tone’ would not allow prosecution of a former Administration.
So this arrogant SOB didn’t even bother giving Congress the respect by showing up and taking the 5th for every question...he just BLEW OFF two subpoenas...again thinking that what can Congress due to him - refer the case to Loretta Lynch - LOL!!! Oh well, the statute of limitations is 5 years and Sessions is setting a ‘new tone’, but quite a bit different than what Bush Jr. did. Now he pays.
I want this guy in jail even more than Hillary or Obama - it is ONLY when the underlings are prosecuted will the attitudes change in DC. The politicians at the top, other than Trump (of course), will always be corrupt...but they cannot hardly do anything without enablers, and so the enablers need to pay, and pay BIG TIME.
They might need his testimony to get an iron clad case against here. It is the reason immunity clauses do exist.

The Clinton Global Initiative arm of the Clinton Foundation is closing within a few weeks. Have investigators, Congressional or FBI, issued any records preservation order?

Chaffetz is running for a seat in the senate.
Filter all of his actions through this campaign lens.
Seems like this should be pretty standard stuff to track. If they use Social Security numbers, no problem.
But as you suggest, if the pay goes through a contractor, it may be harder to trace.
The immunity was “limited” but I don’t know what the limits were.
Probably like most immunity pleas, you give them the goods on the person and they keep you out of jail. He didn’t give the goods, claimed the fifth, so he has no immunity.
Cummings is no better than Obama, just another street negroe with a law degree and many chips on his shoulder.
All that Jeff Sessions needs to do is turn over the FBI material to the DC Grand Jury and let legitimate American justice take its course.

No Obama and Hillary are the ones that committed TREASON against the People of the United States NOT the ones that voted Obama into office. I don’t care either way regarding Obama/Hillary, I was just pissed as hell by the attitude of this a-hole last summer and he should have have been jailed by Congress then.
The idea of equating this a-hole to most of my family (and probably some of your family too) sickens me, by the way.
