Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions today asking Sessions to consider convening a grand jury or bringing charges against Hillary Clintons former IT guy, Bryan Pagliano. Pagliano was subpoenaed to testify before the committee last year but refused to appear on two occasions. After the second refusal, the Oversight Committee voted to hold Pagliano in contempt.
Chaffetz letter to AG Sessions reads in part, Because Paglianos job functions included supporting mobile computing issues across the Department, he was uniquely positioned to answer questions regarding State Department policies and practices for preserving records, as well as the technological procedures utilized to do so. The letter concludes, In light of Paglianos contumacious conduct in refusing to testify, the Department should bring the matter before a grand jury for its action or file an information charging Pagliano with violating 2 U.S.C. § 192.

wonder if he might have a fatal accident, Clinton style?
He might disappear and end up in a dumpster somewhere. Just saying like committing suicide by shooting himself on the back of his head with his left hand s/c
You are such a cynic!ha ha!

Ping to chaffetz recommending illary’s IT guy Pafliano be investigated...
Also see #2; letter about it.
Oh-oh....someone about to testify against the Clintons. What will it be? Car accident? Shot in the head and left in a park? Heart attack? Plane crash? Bad tacos?
What about repealing Obamacare?
has anyone seen this guy alive since his last appearance in congress?
One this is for sure; he can’t go into a witness protection program here in the USA. Somewhere out of the country maybe like Indonesia or Syria but not here. Too many people know his face just like George Zimmerman.
He’s the small fries; we want the whole happy meal so give him an out then let him sing for his supper.
I’m sure shoot himself in the head 4 or 5 times before any evidence is gathered.
GOOD. GET BACK ON OFFENSE AND OFF THE ROPES. Take down some Clinton toadies in retaliation.
Check out article and comments, esp # 2 , # 6 .
Thanks, WildHighlander.
If they put the screws to Pagliano -- or, if he dies of an "apparent" but very coincidentally-but-advantageously-timed-for-the-Clintons suicide...
Other people will talk.
It's one thing to preserve Omerta when those you are protecting are the Governor, or President, or Secretary of State.
It's another when their sworn enemies hold all the levers of power.
Uh-oh - where’s Janet Lynch when we need her?.....
Good maybe the little peckerhead will start wagging his tongue more now that he doesn’t have the protection of Obama. But I won’t hold my breath. Fear may keep him silent when the Democrats utter two words to him, Seth Rich.
He is in danger.
Great 17 min reality doc with actors lip-syncing the actual audio deposition taken by Judicial Watch.
Gives viewers a real sense of the coming scene when AG Jefferson Sessions drags this weasel in front of a court.
And perhaps a command appearance by Hillary herself by Summer of 2017.
Let's see how the lamestream media chews on this developing juicy hambone.
“Let’s see how the lamestream media chews on this developing juicy hambone.”
They will just ignore it.
They will create some other lie #FAKENEWS to obscure what is going on.
They are dishonest. And watching Trump eviscerate them is really really enjoyable. WINNING!
I retired from as a foreign service information management specialist (and Army paratrooper), so I know my way are the Foreign Affairs Manual and other guidance... The inference here is that Hillary’s entire troupe is going to be bagged in the process - once they (let me help) get the evidence, it is just a matter of how to destroy those law breakers. Sec Kennedy should go down too even though he is now retired.
