Phone records and intercepted calls show that members of Donald J. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and other Trump associates had repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials in the year before the election, according to four current and former American officials.

The officials said the intercepted communications were not limited to Trump campaign officials, and included other associates of Mr. Trump. On the Russian side, the contacts also included members of the Russian government outside of the intelligence services, the officials said. All of the current and former officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because the continuing investigation is classified.

It's very possible Flynn prevented a major conflict through his contacts. It wouldn't be the first time those who had access to back door policy played a major role in preventing such a thing.

Does it seem awfully convenient to anyone else that Michael Flynn, a man appointed by Obama to be the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2012 before subsequently being forced into early retirement just 2 years later for being critical of that same administration's handling of the Iran deal, and terrorism threats generally for that matter, has fallen victim to a series of intelligence leaks from a variety agencies undoubtedly staffed with Obama loyalists just 24 days into his tenure as Trump's National Security Advisor? If so, you're certainly not alone in questioning the circumstances leading up to Flynn's forced resignation last night.
In fact, earlier today WikiLeaks tweeted that Flynn was forced to resign as the result of a "destabilization campaign by US spies, Democrats, and the press."

It makes *me* wonder (tinfoil hat firmly in place) whether Soros or some 12th Mahdi Islamic group, or some Trilateralist type, or some Davos or Bilderberger consortium (choose whichever shadowy group you like) has had it "pre-scheduled" to decimate (in the literal, classic sense) the US, most likely through a nuclear strike, to take it out as a World Power in order to allow either the Caliphate, or a Globalist Government, or what not.
