When you go on the main Breitbart page it says the following below,

“WH Sources: Priebus Letting ‘Sleeper Cell’ Obama Holdovers Undermine Trump Admin”

http://www.breitbart.com

However, when you click the link it gives you title of this article.

If you don’t have career politicians mistakes are going to happen.

I’m hoping Trump has more character than the GOPe. If he is just another “lay down at the first sign of pushback” type of GOP, I need to start buying ammo again.

Guess it was more fun wanting to rule than having the actual responsibility, ehh Biggus Priebus?

Priebus is the mole. He’s a typical lackey RINO, and BFFs with chief RINO Paul Ryan.

Think about it...

As CoS, it’as his job to facilitate roll out of EO’s. You see the disaster the immigration EO was. Also with pushing the Senate calendar for Cabinet appts. Yet it’s moving at a glacial pace.

He was supposed to be this wizard in dealing with congressional Republicans, but has not been successful in getting anything serious done.

I'm not a fan of Priebus but I was OK when Trump selected him to his post because the 2016 election results were a win-win for conservatives in the U.S. -- a non-politician like Donald Trump in the White House, and GOP control of both Houses of Congress. Priebus and the RNC leadership deserve a ton of credit for that.

The item I cited above is the only reason to fire him, because that's the kind of thing he's supposed to be doing very well there in that role.

P.S. -- I don't think Trump is going to "fire" Priebus. More likely, there will be a shuffling of roles at the top and Priebus will land in another position.

If true, Reince is more than welcome back here in Wisconsin where he was our RNC Chairman.

He can help us shed the remainder of the destructive Socialists that are currently on the run in our newly minted RED State. :)

I don’t believe all this and I’m not going to read it. This is propaganda that is trying to destroy Trump.

“when it comes to the botched rollout of the executive order “

I still see nothing botched about it. State was jamming in 500 refugees a day when Trump got elected, trying to flood them in. He needed it to happen immediately. And who the F cares if a few got stopped in mid flight? They had a gorged pipeline so that was guaranteed to happen, even with notice.

This strikes me as nonsense. Sessions had to stay in the Senate until DeVos was approved. Every vote was needed.

Priebus is a lightweight but he did his job in backing Trump through the election - if he was as responsible for things as the article says, I’d wager he would have been gone at the same time as Flynn.

“He failed to get [Attorney General Jeff] Sessions on the calendar in the Senate in time for what he knew would be a highly controversial executive order.

Red herring. I don't like Priebus necessarily, he strikes me as a weak sister, but Trump knew himself he didn't have Sessions in place, and he didn't have Gorsuch in place to withstand a challenge. He evidently didn't expect a challenge, or believed he could bull his way through. Its become apparent he couldn't, and he needed both these guys in place before he issued the order.

And I hope he had Sessions at least review the order before he issued it, since Sessions would have to be the one to defend it.

To this day I still don’t understand why Trump put Prebius as COS. I felt it would be a huge mistake. Prebius is a GOPE insider which means he is friendly to Democrats.

Trump should have put Gingrich in that roll.

One fair point is this: Priebus’ roll is supposed to be in part to ensure that the Presidents policies can get approved in both houses of Congress. In that, absolute failure. Barely any of Trump’s nominees have been confirmed and the Republicans are control of the Senate. That’s failure number one. Nothing is being passed in the Senate for Trump to sign, the house is busy passing show votes and still, nothing for Trump to sign into law. If Reince can’t get this done then you may as well have a hardcore Trump loyalist in his place. Either you show me what you’re worth or you’re worthless.

I never did like Priebus. Very sneaky looking. Wonder if Gingrich is available.
