What was it doing there?

Is there a monster in Crater Lake that nobody outside the government knows about?

Why does the NPS need thousands of rounds of ammunition? Are they expecting a Grizzly invasion?

.

This time of year, at Crater Lake, their tire tracks are probably still there in the snow.

So Ranger Rick needs thousands of rounds of ammo at a national park? What could go wrong? I’m sure this can’t be the anarchists just up the road in Portland...

Unfortunately law enforcement has become necessary in all areas of this country. Even state parks.

Yep, park police should be limited to 50 rounds per gun, just to keep them out of trouble.

The theft is likely an inside job.

Yeah. Round up the illegals you employ and check their pockets for brass tracings.

What’s next? Massive amount of military grade weapons stolen from the Food and Drug Administration?

It could happen.

Fact is - our governmental bureaucracies are better armed than our freaking US Marine Corps.

The bigger story is not the theft but rather why the National Park Service even has thousands of rounds of pistol and rifle ammo at all. As far as I know all of the ammo Obama had stockpiled was never explained to the public. One can fairly assume they are intended for domestic unrest.

Don’t kid yourself. This AIN’T about law enforcement.

ALL FedGov agencies have stockpiled massive amounts of weapons and ammo. And it don’t take no rocket scientist to figure out why.

When I was flying, we had a pre-board armed law enforcement come on board. I can’t remember exactly what dept he was with but something like the post office or the Forestry service. Still to this day I don’t understand why he needed to be armed on an airplane.
