PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - A Valley mother is waiting to find out if she will be deported.
She could be among the first impacted by the president's efforts to crack down on illegal immigrants.
Family and supporters were at the regional ICE office in Phoenix on Wednesday, waiting to learn the fate of this mother, wife and friend. As more time passes, they grow more worried.
Just before noon, Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos walked into the regional ICE office for a check-in, but instead of a regular check-in, she was issued an order of deportation.

"She was convicted of a felony and served six months in ICE detention before being released. They thought her case was cleared -- until Wednesday."

Late Wednesday night, protesters blocked a van that Garcia de Rayos was in to keep it from leaving for about an hour.
Phoenix police officers responded to the scene at around 9:30 p.m. They arrested approximately seven people, according to a police spokesman.

“That’s how #$%ing arrogant the illegals have become!” ...and it demonstrates to what lengths the lefties will go to keep their permanent underclass, democratic voters in the country.
Protesting is one thing, attacking people and destroying property is another, when this occurs they need to be arrested and charged every time!

And the protesters, a new law should be that those arrested should be fined 1000 and 5 days in jail.
I dearly hope some of the Seven were illegals, too and suffer her fate.
Looks like ICE (at least at the operational level) has jumped on board the Trump Train\ and gone back to enforcing the law of the land.
One way to end this demonstration-
ICE should send a team out there and start checking ID’s and Green Cards.
There would be a flurry of butts and elbows and the streets would empty in record time.

If I park my car in a no parking zone, I have to pay the ticket. I don’t get to choose which laws I want to obey or disobey, so why should they?
They really need to start looking at the other side of this identity theft. People think it’s nothing until it happens to them. When someone attempts to retire and has their social security slashed to nothing because someone is working using their name. When you go to buy a house or a car and you discover your credit is trashed.
Go look at the devastation in the wake of identity theft.. her kids talk about being separated from their mom. Why? Why don’t they go with their mom. They can learn the language, their mother did

I would find a way to contribute and purchase more.
That Mexican *itch stole someone's identity and made life hell already, or will do so in the future. A daily beating is a good start.

I have a family member whose sister was here illegally and she was sponging off the government with all sorts of freebies! Free medical care free housing close to $1000 food stamps .. don’t ask me how she did it but she did. While my husband and I were rationing our money and buying chicken this illegal was buying the best steaks and throwing parties glore on the taxpayers dime.... anyways finally someone snitched on her and husband, who was illegal too and was not supposed to be living in the housing projects with her as stated in the HUD rule book .... finally the law caught up with her and deported them both with kids in hand. But six months later she tried to cross the border again and was caught don’t know if she attempted to do it again... brazen? YOU BETCHA!!!! They fear nothing because they have organization like the Raza, along with LULAC and other that will bail them out! This is going to get REAL UGLY...SO BUCKLE UP...THIS might be a losing battle unless we literally fight them...they are not going to go away without a fight.. I know what I speakth....I am surrounded by illegals who think they have a right to sponge off the American hard-working taxpayers! And yes I am Hispanic and I know what I’m talking about! Now let me clarify I am talking about the illegals not the ones that are here legally ...those Hispanics are fantastic churchgoing God-fearing folk, they’re good people! Exactly! And these “protests” are so well funded and so well coordinated - not to mention destructive and violent - that one of Session’s first jobs should be to ferret out the entire structure of the organization - from Soros , the Tides Foundation, etc., on down and prosecute every damned one of them on conspiracy and RICO charges!
Those arrogant high school graduates bragging in your face on their social media pages last spring should be the next deported.
