The “start of impeachment we’ve all been waiting for?”
One must wonder if attorney Elura Nanos has a mouse in her pocket when, after just 17 days in office, she is cheering for the impeachment of President Donald Trump.
“Impeachment seems a major potential, and the only question is whether we’ll have to wait until the midterm elections to see it happen,” she penned in an anti-Trump piece for LawNewz.
Democrats who sat on their hands for the last eight years suddenly have a newfound “respect for the Constitution” with a Republican president and, in a real stretch, Nanos jumps on a tweet from Trump about the judge who issued a temporary restraining order against the president’s executive order on immigration and refugees.
Trump hit back hard at the “so-called judge,” saying — egad! — he believes the ruling will be overturned on appeal.

Just let them try filing impeachment papers. The march on Washington that would occur would make their little genital hat March look like a small town parade. I personally would pack up my six children immediately and drive to Washington with a tent.
Just have them do it after 4pm. Watch how many give it up.
Such a lunatic claim is not without precedent. In 2001, a man wrote a letter to the editor of the San Francisco Chronicle demanding impeachment for GWB because he wore a pair of boots with the presidential seal on the shaft, thus besmirching the office.

Personally, I think “bought and paid for judge” would be closer to reality.

Call me cynical but I don’t doubt that the Uniparty will excise the threat that Trump is come hell or high water. They will begin impeachment before Nov, 2018 or Trump will slip the surly bonds...one or the other. Only We the People like Trump NOBODY ELSE DOES, in fact they DESPISE him.

The term "good Behavior" was understood at the time to mean "lifetime appointment." It was not intended to be a bar for dismissal. That said, it was a warning that lifetime appointment did not protect criminal or boorish behavior.
An inferior court judge who tries to violate separation of powers with a direct challenge to executive authority with no legal basis behind the challenge is definitely skirting the line between good and bad behavior.

In a nation where unelected, unaccountable judges with lifetime appointments who hold unchecked dictatorial powers, criticizing one is a high crime. Well, technically that last part isn’t true. Yet. But eventually we’ll get there. Not yet though.

This judge needs to be punished for playing politics. An example will go a long way towards bringing the courts back into line. They have been getting away with murder...including the Supreme court.
The last President to be impeached, Bill Clinton, was impeached for knowingly committing PERJURY in a court case. He also lost his law license for the same perjury. Yet Democrats rallied to support him even though he committed a serious crime. Nothing Trump has done comes even close to the seriousness of Clinton’s crime.
