Donald Trump accused 'sleazebag political operatives' of making up gossip that appeared in a dossier that 'probably' leaked by by intelligence operatives, in a series of tweets this morning. Trump said the hit job was the work of his 'political opponents and a failed spy.' He suggested Wednesday, at a news conference, that someone in the U.S. intelligence community leaked the dossier to the press. James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, said later that the intelligence community did not produce the document and he didn't believe it shopped it to the press, either. The president-elect indicated in his early-morning tweets today that he doesn't believe him.

Intel chief calls Trump to disavow leaks!
The nation’s top intel chief called President-elect Donald Trump Wednesday to personally deny leaking to the media a dubious dossier of allegations about sensitive information the Russians supposedly had about him.
Trump confirmed Thursday that Director of National Intelligence James Clapper spoke to him by phone, apparently sometime after a press conference in which Trump lashed out at media outlets, including Buzzfeed and CNN, that ran with the story and speculated it was leaked by federal officials.
“James Clapper called me yesterday to denounce the false and fictitious report that was illegally circulated,” Trump tweeted. “Made up, phony facts.Too bad!”

4chan’s leak did not have a Russian spy angle?
Gen. Jack Keane on Lou Dobbs last night suggested a sentiment similar to what Trump is saying.
That there was NO WAY such material should have been in a briefing in the first place for it then to have the “stature” that enabled anti-Trump media to have an excuse to run with it.
It is a pure propaganda technique.
One makes accusations of any kind, no matter how wild, and then those accusations are covered by the press.
Even the rebroadcaster speaking against the accusations enables the technique of ‘insinuation’ to come into play s, and also the technique of ‘appeal to authority’ since an authority was looking at it. It appears the “Russian reports” is a collection of the sick fantasies of Trump opponents. The Trump haters in the Obama admin put it into a briefing appendix to give the media a “pretext” to report these fairy tales.

This whole story about prostituted hired to piss on a bed is so childish in nature that it could come from two people...Jeb and/or Obama...

I believe the “story line” was made up by Rick Wilson’s kid and his pals on 4chan, as it is totally compatible with the culture of that cesspool of juvenile delinquents. They intended it as a joke, a troll of Wilson’s old man who well deserved it, but instead it got picked up by someone doing opposition research who very much wanted to find exactly this kind of salacious material to smear Trump with. And so the fiction took on a veneer of reality and once it acquired the sanction of the former Brit Intel agent, it was accepted as gospel and re-reported by our own CIA.
Its a theory that ties all the loose ends up and why else would the kids on 4chan be so adamant that they originated it? Just like terrorist groups, the only reason groups like this don’t keep their mouths shut is because the crave the attention and recognition from their peers that they were behind something “really cool”.
