There you have it.
NOT A HATE CRIME.
"Although they are adults, they're 18. Kids make stupid decisions -- I shouldn't call them kids; they're legally adults, but they're young adults, and they make stupid decisions," Duffin said."
So in other words, Obama's kids 'Acted Stupidly' and nothing more.
Nothing to see here move along.....

Good! I now feel better about all this. /s

but that investigators believe the victim was targeted because he has special needs, not because of his race. So they just as easily could have kidnapped and tortured a special needs black kid?

What an outrage!
Our “Just-Us” system is a joke. God will have the last say on the fools from the DA down to the donut eating cops claiming “no hate crime”.

As hard as it is in this case, you have to keep in mind who the real victims are. /fake

As long as they’re convicted of kidnapping, assault on an at-risk youth, public exploitation, and incitement to commit violence, I’m fine as long as the sentence is appropriate.

Pretty soon Muslims will be allowed to behead us in the street and get away with it.
The leader of the thugs Barky needs to speak up but I know he is busy acquiring new medals. Puke.

So. They trot out a white police spokesman to blackwash over this hate crime when the black head of police had already said it wasn't. Who's trying to play whom? Arrogant hypocrite haters.

No mention of the political angle either, even though the kid was apparently initially targeted for wearing something showing support for Trump, was tortured for supporting Trump, and was forced to say things that were anti-Trump. Just “bad decisions”, not part of any larger pattern of anti-Trump violence.
This is what things are like on “Democrat”: thugs excused for their behavior because they are the “correct” color/political persuasion/group.

The system is corrupt. Time to bring it down. Resistance at all levels is called for.

I have never liked hate crime legislation I have always felt that it does not mater what the motivation of a crime was but anyone viewing this can tell that if he had been more like those who were torturing him he would of been treated differently. the way the cops are handling this shows why hate crime laws should not exist. that reason is people are not being treated the same under the law.

It’s well past time for the general public to demand an end to this kind of crap.
The double standard is absolutely sickening.

Of course, they were doing it because he was disabled. That is why they all shouted "F**k Disabled People" and "F**k Cripples" while they tortured the vic. Of course, we also know it was not a hate crime because the perps told us it was not.

The simple fact is if the races were reversed it would be a hate crime purely because the races were reversed. That's all it would take. No one would care about intent. They would be scared to death of what might happen if they didn't call it a hate crime.
