During Saturday’s Weekly Address, President Obama reflected on his time in office and touted the “extraordinary progress” the country has made over the last eight years.
Transcript as Follows:
“Happy New Year, everybody. At a time when we turn the page on one year and look ahead to the future, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything you’ve done to make America stronger these past eight years.
Just eight years ago, as I prepared to take office, our economy teetered on the brink of depression. Nearly 800,000 Americans were losing their jobs each month. In some communities, nearly one in five folks were out of work. Almost 180,000 troops were serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Osama bin Laden was still at large. And on challenges from health care to climate change, we’d been kicking the can down the road for way too long.

One has to understand that when Obama actually uses the words we/we’ve/us he really means what he usually terms as I/me....with the aiding and abetting of the RINOs, he really has made extraordinary progress in ruining our Nation - hence my longstanding tagline.
I actually think he has been self-deluded for the whole 8 years. but his self-delusion is REALLY showing up now.
So the ferrules instituted the largest hoax on the American people by transferring the wealth of the middle class to the super wealthy/corporations/wall street by way of bailouts, TARP, multiple QE’s. Courtesy of taxpayers.

The result? Absolutely nothing. The U.S. economy has been dragging along at sub 2%, 20 (T)rillion in debt, interest rates for elderly savers at zero for years, trade deficits with almost every country round the world and millions of the worlds impoverished flooding across our borders to further overwhelm our infrastructure and social safety nets.
So...if we are a nation of roughly 330 million folks and we have 94 million working age citizens outside the workforce (see national debt clock), how is it that our unemployment rate sits at 4.6%? Should it not be upwards of 30%?
These are the best and brightest up in D.C., well done y'all.
If so....it's gonna be a great year, great 100 dayz.
Whenever I see a significantly more costly health insurance bill or a pervert in a public bathroom I will always think thanks, Obama.
