inclusive approach – and the billions of federal dollars that might support it

Take out the federal dollars please, Al Gore and Leonardo DiC would like to hand over the funds for any research I am sure.

“You have to get it back to the people who only care about the science.”

The open question is where do you find them? The colleges and universities stay in business with government grant money. Let them come up with plausible ideas first without the government tit being involved. "Scientific researchers" are just a bunch of Liberal whores for the most part who make their living off of the government. We simply have to substantially remove the unwarranted financial incentives to move "science" back to reality.

More winning, and I rank that right up there at the top.

The most abundant “greenhouse gas” is WATER, which comprises over 94% of “greenhouse gases”.

There are so many variables in the state and density of water in the atmosphere that IT CAN NOT BE MODELED.

CO2 comprises less that 4% of “greenhouse gases”.

Since the 94% can’t be modeled, how can we possibly develop a reliable model for the impact of the less than 4% CO2 component?

“Even in 1990 no one at MIT called themselves a ‘climate scientist,’ and then all of a sudden everyone was. They only entered it because of the bucks; they realized it was a gravy train. You have to get it back to the people who only care about the science.”

You can have science. You can have government funding. You can't have government funded science.

The reality is that Climate Scientists, EVEN THE ONES THAT BELIEVE HUMANS ARE AFFECTING THE CLIMATE... do not remotely believe the crap being sold in their name. No, they don’t claim that it will destroy the planet int he next 100 years... in fact even the ones that believe it is affecting climate believe the effects are minimal.

The entire thing is a political lie... nothing more

Well, now, come on --- if it's settled science as they all say, there's no more need for additional funds for studies, is there?

You Climate Change Nuts can't have it both ways. It's either still in dispute or it's not, and, if it's not, NO SOUP FOR YOU!

A few years ago, when I found out that the "official" policy at Real Clear was warmmunist, I took them off of my list of news sources. Maybe they have some of the deniers who are now coming out of the closet.

I don't like the terms "Climate Change skeptics" or "Climate Change Deniers." They suggest that Climate Change is already a given and they will just poke holes in it.

The entire "theory" does not meet ANY of the requirements of a Scientific Theory, no matter how AGW fetishists say so.

Lindzen said. “Even in 1990 no one at MIT called themselves a ‘climate scientist,’ and then all of a sudden everyone was. They only entered it because of the bucks; they realized it was a gravy train.

From President Eisenhower's farewell address.

Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers. The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present -- and is gravely to be regarded.

Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.

The term “Climate Scientist” is a misnomer. Science is about repeatability i.e. A+B=C, every time it is applied or observed. Earth is a dynamic planet, it is constantly changing and it’s climate is determined by the sun primarily. The sun is cyclic with fluctuations that reflect upon earth’s weather. The best you can say about climatologists is that they are merely observers and quantifiers. It is the height of folly to think man can have lasting effects upon earth’s weather.

We may be at the beginning of the end to "Man-Made Global Climate Change".

Nope. They'll just move on to their next hysterics; be it global warming, lack of places to put trash, overpopulation, global cooling, lack of food, genetically modified food, etc, etc, etc.

All have the same solutions: Cut back personal consumption, have fewer kids, live in smaller houses and drive smaller cars. For 50 years they've been pushing the same agenda - with the same people involved pushing it.
