Donald Trump is set to inherit an uncommon number of vacancies in the federal courts in addition to the open Supreme Court seat, giving the president-elect a monumental opportunity to reshape the judiciary after taking office.
The estimated 103 judicial vacancies that President Obama is expected to hand over to Trump in the Jan. 20 transition of power is nearly double the 54 openings Obama found eight years ago following George W. Bushs presidency.
Confirmation of Obamas judicial nominees slowed to a crawl after Republicans took control of the Senate in 2015. Obama White House officials blame Senate Republicans for what they characterize as an unprecedented level of obstruction in blocking the Democratic presidents court picks.
The result is a multitude of openings throughout the federal circuit and district courts that will allow the new Republican president to quickly make a wide array of lifetime appointments.

I agree, in Jesus’ Righteous Name.
What’s your point? Jerk.
How many times are you going to post this same thing?
That is like at least 5 times you have done it now.
Amen to that - YOUNG and CONSERVATIVE..

Filibusters is with the consent of the Republicans. If they don’t want it, do a Harry Reid
Thinking the same...great news...
I think Trump could beat a clone of Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers together.
It should absolutely be his first priority
Then the Wall
Thank God it isn’t Hillary who inherited these vacancies.
Yes. And job #3 needs to be election reform and registration validation. There must be some way to invalidate all the democrat voter/registration fraud, or this may be the last chance for real Americans to choose their own destiny.
Maybe we should start submitting names of honest conservative lawyers?
