While many of Hillary Clinton’s top advisers have focused their post-presidential election fury on blaming alleged Russian interference and FBI Director James Comey for Clinton’s loss, some in the so-called “Hillaryland” orbit are looking inward, including pointing fingers at Clinton’s most-trusted aide: Huma Abedin.
“The real anger is toward Hillary’s inner circle,” a Clinton insider told Vanity Fair for a Wednesday feature on Abedin. “They reinforced all the bad habits.”
One of the most important people in that “inner circle” was Abedin, 40, who has been by Clinton’s side since she was a White House intern during President Bill Clinton’s tenure. The email trove hacked from Clinton Campaign Chairman John Podesta and posted on WikiLeaks shows Abedin, the estranged wife of disgraced ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner, as an important resource for the campaign. The vice chair of the Clinton campaign, Abedin offered guidance on Clinton’s probable thoughts regarding upcoming events, meetings and calls before the requests ever made it to the Democratic presidential candidate. While her fingerprints don’t often appear on policy issues, she weighed in with authority on most other matters.
Clinton was known to keep an extremely small and tight-knit group around her, and, indeed, during the 2016 primary and presidential campaign, the core group – including Campaign Manager Robbie Mook, Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri, adviser Cheryl Mills, Podesta and Abedin – never changed.

Next week the Democrats plan to blame Hillary’s loss on global warming.
I believe the reason she's still at Hillary's side is that her spouse will end up broke or in the slammer, she has an innocent little boy to protect and educate.... and Hillary still has the big bucks to be of help to her. She has few options.
I will start to feel a little empathy for Huma when the new Trump administration comes in full-throttle and the multitudes of investigations and indictments start a'rockin' and a'rollin'...and she spills her information-filled guts if she's called on.

1) Hillary chooses odd-balls, then screams, yells, humiliates, compromises, and controls everyone in her circle until she reduces them to a pack of third-rate crooks, manipulators, and incompetent sycophants.
2) Hillary only lost because they “reinforced Hillary’s bad habits”.
It’s a paradox these people have simultaneously hit on a truth and hit rock bottom for intellectual honesty. How can anyone credit statement 2 and not realize that Hillary’s “bad habits” (being a corrupt, secrecy-obsessed psychopath) were her essential problem, and why she should not have been president?

It was a political arranged marriage. He is Jewish. She is Muslim. She is very connected by family to known terrorist organizations. Can you imagine what would happen to a Muslim woman who married a Jew? The family had to be getting plenty out of it in terms of power and influence. Both parties acted as the other’s beard. Weiner got closer to the Clintons, by marriage to Hillary’s top aide. It was all perfect, if they could have taken away his phone. The man obviously has mental problems. Frankly, I am shocked he hasn’t accidently strangled himself with his weight set. That being what happens when people become an inconvenience to the Clintons.
