Ever since President-elect Donald Trump soundly defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, several electors in the Electoral College have threatened to vote against the will of the people in their state to against both Trump and Hillary Clinton.
One group of electors who are supposed to vote for Hillary Clinton experienced a major setback in court and one judge has reminded them that they can be replaced.

Except for one, the rest are obliged to vote for Hillary so this would take away from her total.

When I was glancing over the Constitution the other night, I think each State decides who is going to vote for who...
In Utah, because Trump took the ‘popular’ vote and ‘the electoral votes’ our Electoral Voters have to vote for Trump...if they don’t I think they can be fined...
Don’t quote me on that but I think that is what I understood, here in Utah anyway...each State makes their own rules???
