Students of the University of Pennsylvania got rid of the portrait of William Shakespeare, and replaced it with the portrait of a Black Lesbian poet. The reason given is that Shakespeare does not represent "diversity".

If there are no whites or white men, then that by definition decreases diversity, which literally is another word for variety.
