Recount is done. His order is dissolved.
I’ll hold off on criticizing him for now. I’ve looked at this case closely, and this judge was pretty much in a no-win situation because of legal technicalities. I assumed he wasn’t comfortable just issuing an order in the courtroom because he had to make sure he covered all his bases when he wrote the order.
Still 3/2
“How long until the USSC mucks everything up?”
Worst case 4-4 split, lower court ruling stands. Won’t even get that far.
This puts Micjigan’s 16 electoral votes firmly in Trump’s column. That Means PA’s 20 and WI’s 11(?) would still leave Trump above 270 at 275.
It’s over. Trump wins.
All this winning.
Denzel, a good looking man with good sense!
These are the niceties of being a Fed District judge...
And his written opinion clearly scolds the desired remedy of the Stein folks
Is anyone going to follow up on the fraud or are we going to just hope we somehow win again in 2020? The only reason Trump won was because he had the election in a landslide, anything less would have been defeated by fraud.
Not much doubt to that. Why Soros hasn't been hunted down is beyond me. What he's financed to take place in this country amounts to treason and pure evil.
Michigan law requires a certain standard for “aggrieved “ and Goldsmith (or is the Fed judge Goldstein?) didn’t want to challenge the definition per MI legislature.
So on its merits the federal judge had to accept the Michigan requirements for having merit, whereas Goldsteins first ruling was just to get the counting going prior to the two day waiting period, I assume to allow the recount to have a better chance of completion prior to the 12 th or 13th.
I am no legal expert, but that was my take.
And sued out of all material assets.
LOL
Heck, even Ross PeeRot must be jealous.
This site is one of the top sites on the Internet and takes months just to raise 90k (this is another example)
An Automated program transferred money from a bank account in smaller amounts $160,000 per hour total , to make it look like it was a lot of donations and donors , no it's a bot ,
What about this is a coup paid for by Soros don't people get ?
“First there is a recount, then there is no recount, then there is. First there is a recount, then there is no recount, then there is. Oh Jillita— we call your name—oh the show has been abandoned and your cluster flop will never be again.
Hat tip Donavan. (’ “
LOL.
... but after all that you spelled Donovan’s name wrong! :-)
Nah, Perot did what he initially set out to accomplish: prevent the re-election of GHWB.
I have not followed developments today. But, as of yesterday, the Federal Judge, Goldsmith, who started the early recount with his Sunday ruling and then stated that the recount must proceed until he rescinded his order. Since then, the normal recount process started. Also, since then the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled against Stein, and stated that there was no legal basis for the recount. They further stated that their opinion should not cause the recount to halt until there was concurrence or a chance to have concurrence from the Michigan Supreme Court.
Thus, I think that one reading is that the current recount was not depending on Goldsmith. Goldsmith's current action just makes it O.K. (I hesitate to use the word legal, in this instance) to quit counting. But the Michigan Court of Appeal made it sound like the recount should not be stopped until the MI Supreme Court had had a chance to weigh in.
I'm leery that those who think the recount is off may be jumping the gun. I was waiting for an action from the Michigan Supreme Court.
Yesterday, it was believed that the order of events would be:
(1) COA appealed to MI Supreme Court
(2) Supreme Court upheld MI COA to deny recount
(3) Petition to Goldsmith to lift his ruling to keep the recount going
(4) Goldsmith lifts his ruling, as advised by the 6th Circuit
(5) The recount stops
Things have transpired out of order since step (4) just occurred, but before the "abeyance" was observed.
You know, I had a brain fart on that one.
I meant Ron Paul. Excuse me.
My understanding it was in abeyance pending a ruling from the Federal judge, not until the Michigan SC heard the case.
It’s over unless the Michigan SC for some reason overturns the lower state court of appeals decision. Very unlikely.
No doubt, still, he’s made Michigan spend over a million dollars for nothing- exactly nothing.
Heck, I’ll even grant the order was of a higher quality than I expected.
Election night was the happiest of my life
Then I learned about Soros funding these recounts and Soros
scheme with his stooge Stein. Then I”ve been depressed ever since and won't be happy until Trump is inaugurated or on December 19th.
