Recount is done. His order is dissolved.

There is always Canada, but for some Dems including Jill and Hillary, they might prefer someplace without extradition laws...
so, to recap:
The Federal judge, Goldsmith, who forced them to start the recount early, has rescinded his order. This action allows the recount to cease based solely on his order.
However, the Michigan appeals court stated that, while they did not think the recount should proceed, that their order to stop the recount was in “abeyance” until there was a chance for a ruling from the Michigan Supreme court.
I never heard the precise terms of the “abeyance”. Was it absolute until the MI Supreme Court ruled, or was it just a delay until there was time to file an appeal?
Meanwhile, on this thread, it has been reported that Stein did file an appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court. Thus, depending on the terms of the “abeyance” the recount may be stopped, or not stopped.
Can anyone in Michigan directly involved in the recount please tell us whether it is off or on?!

Penny’s precinct, Detroit Precinct #152 had an unbroken seal and everything looked proper. The tag on the box said 306 and the book said 306 and the ticket said 306, so there should be 306 paper ballots on the box, right. Well when they pulled out the ballots the stack seemed short and when they finished separating the two page ballot to count the Presidential page only guess how many ballots were in the box? 304 no, 299 nope, 200 nada, how about 100 wrong again. There were only exactly 50 paper ballots in a locked sealed box that again was supposed to have 306. HMMMM.

The MI Board of Canvassers has already stopped the recount if Goldsmith’s order is lifted. It was just lifted. Over.
I’ll only believe its over when Trump is taking the oath of office on Jan 20th. There is so much at stake and Libs don’t give up until the last dog dies.
Abeyance is temporary suspension. Now that the appeals court ruled as they did it is highly doubtful the nit wit will be successful with the MI Supreme Court.

The MI SC would have to order a recount restarted that has been halted. They are 5-2 R, so that won’t happen. It’s off now.
No such luck. She is going to spend it on Election Integrity. Specifically, she is going to spend it while she visits Election Integrity Island in the Bahamas. She will stay at the Election Integrity Resort and Spa, eat Election Integrity lobster, and party with famous gigolo Raoul Machismo, who at Jill's request recently had his name legally changed to Election Integrity.
