HARRISBURG — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount.
Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Stein’s campaign conten the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence.
“Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated.
Though Monday’s petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by the state’s election law, it is part of Stein’s effort to challenge results in three states that were critical to deciding the presidential election.
Read it and smile -- the facts are extremely compelling.
I agree. None of this is a threat to his becoming president. It’s just a threat to his mandate. The left controls the media so there’s no way to shut their pie holes.
They will keep this recount crap in the news as long as they can, and keep talking about Clinton winning the popular vote and the “antiquated electoral college system”.
Trump counters with legitimate arguments - if it had been a popular contest, he would have campaigned accordingly and won anyway - or the fact that if you subract the millions of illegals that voted, he likely won the popular vote... The media dismisses them with a fake fact check and a flick of the hand, saying they are false or there is no evidence.
Yet they do not have to provide evidence of their own.
Until we solve this problem of a lying press, posing as objective fact checkers - and being largely believed by a gullible public, people won’t know the truth about anything.
Trump can’t and shouldn’t close down news outlets for bring dishonest - that will be seen as censorship.
But he can continue to bait, Rick-roll and humiliate them, lay traps for then, make fools of them and outsmarts them. I hope so anyway
That seems to be it unless she finds a corrupt democrat judge. There’s a lot of confusion about what’s happening.
I think this has almost zero chance of succeeding. But...if the election is overturned, does that mean the results for Congressional races are also overturned? What a nightmare.
I know a liberal lawyer from Facebook who serves on election monitoring duty so he knows the subject in question well. And he is telling everyone he knows that the recount is a joke and a bad one at that. Most of his lib acquaintences aren’t paying heed to his warnings.

I agree that we have the First Amendment and rightfully so, or we would have a dictatorship...but and I always say but...Trump is an honest man, the first we have seen in a long, long time, and he isn't a politician so he is learning rapidly that just because some one, such as Romney the Snake says ‘sorry’ doesn't mean anything...and therefore I think we are going to have a great 4 years ahead of us...we know the media, talking heads and pundits are liars and they won't know very much going on behind the scenes of a Trump Presidency so therefore a lot of what we are going to read are again ‘fake news’ as we have been told for years upon years...only now we know it's fake!!!

In Pa you have to present evidence to a judge that there were irregularities and the judge has to agree that a recount is justified.>>> she filed to contest the election in PA not for a recount. She is fradulently claiming she is trying for recounts to raise money.
The judge has to agree that it’s justified, but I can hear it now. “This is too important for us not to go the extra mile. We must assure that every vote is counted, the people, their sacred right to an election that is above reproach, we must be sure, it’s for the children,” etc.
I like the optimism.
And that’s a good point - Trump can just leave the press out of the loop on a day to day basis. Embarrass them when they make up fake news - then leak the real story through an alternative source.
It will expose them as being irrelevant, foolish, and caniving all at the same time! And he can do it all day, every day!

Thrown out based on fraud. She’s got to prove that though, or at least I hope. I hope that the judge expects better proof than the suppositions of her “experts”. Sheesh. Hopefully they tell her to go pound sand.
