[history]
Initial report - later changed [Breaking, 3:20 p.m.: Lawrence Otter, a lawyer for Green Party candidate Jill Stein, said the campaign was dropping its Pennsylvania recount lawsuit Monday afternoon. Check back for updates.]
Revised:
HARRISBURG Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount.
Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Steins campaign conten the Nov. 8 election was illegal and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence.
Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts, the suit stated.
Though Mondays petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by the states election law, it is part of Steins effort to challenge results in three states that were critical to deciding the presidential election.

The way everything reads, the lawsuit is filed not “dropped”. Perhaps the headline writer used “dropped” meaning filed.

That is for a separate action, a voter-initiated recount on the precinct level.

Red Stein “recount” is a shiny object to distract citizens from Trump Mandate and democrat/obama collapse.

Stein's lawsuit would have to present evidence that election fraud was probable in Pennsylvania. Democratic Secretary of State Pedro Cortes says there's no evidence of voting irregularities during the Nov. 8 election Absolutely not, Cortes told reporters. There is no evidence whatsoever that points to any type of irregularity in any way, shape or form." Even Dems are getting tired of her crap.................

More info
While Stein, a former presidential candidate, has raised millions of dollars and filed for a recount in Wisconsin, the process in Pennsylvania is much more complicated. Candidates cannot file for a recount themselves. Instead, they either have to go to court and attempt to prove widespread voter fraud (theres no evidence of that at this point) or organize a voter-initiated recount effort.
How the Pennsylvania recount is going so far in Philly (not good)

There was an update at Philly.com that was posted at 3:20 but it’s gone now. I can still see at the bottom of the article that it was published at 9 something this morning and updated at 3:20 but the update is no longer there.

I’m sure they will find a way to extend the deadline. A judge will decide that it wasn’t meant to interfere with the way things ought to be.
