HARRISBURG — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount.
Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Stein’s campaign conten the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence.
“Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated.
Though Monday’s petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by the state’s election law, it is part of Stein’s effort to challenge results in three states that were critical to deciding the presidential election.
The only thing of which there is prima facie evidence is Jill Stein fraud. Thanks.

The standard for a recount is almost impossibly high in PA. Stein’s blathering about a recount being necessary for public confidence was nonsense legally. Some of the press ate it up, but I’m guessing the attorneys who would actually have to present the case for a recount refused.
She just "realized" she needs another $5 Million by midnight to continue the suit. Lefties get your checkbooks ready, don't think about it, just send that money!

My understanding is that the 21st is the deadline to request a RECOUNT and the 28th is the deadline to CONTEST the election. A contested election has a much higher threshold of evidence to succeed, and they don’t have a chance in heck of meeting it.

All the articles say Stein FILED the lawsuit today. I can find none that say she DROPPED it.
Link.... looks like she is trying to get 27,000 voters to file for a recount. If that fails then go to court. They need to go away.
There is another word or two that describes a woman who does this. And as for the "donors," they never learned the lesson about fools and their money.

Looks like Stein is going to court “Contesting” the elction for PA and she is using voters in each of the precincts to do so according to the article.
I saw it but it auto reloaded and was changed when it came back up
Two threads above is a story that the Pennsylvania Dept. of State is saying that she missed the deadline.
