Initial report - later changed [Breaking, 3:20 p.m.: Lawrence Otter, a lawyer for Green Party candidate Jill Stein, said the campaign was dropping its Pennsylvania recount lawsuit Monday afternoon. Check back for updates.]

Revised:

HARRISBURG — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount.

Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Stein’s campaign conten the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence.

“Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated.

Though Monday’s petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by the state’s election law, it is part of Stein’s effort to challenge results in three states that were critical to deciding the presidential election.

The article doesn’t say anything about the lawsuit being “dropped”. The article should be pulled, or the correct title used

Listening to Rush and others, it’s not about overturning the election so much as delegitimizing Trump’s win/presidency/agenda. They will never stop the “she won the popular vote” meme. At least since PA holds, I don’t see how there can possibly be an overturning of the Electoral College votes this year. And I hope to GOD that he performs so well that ‘20 isn’t even a contest, a repeat of ‘84 with him also taking MN, leaving DC alone for the D.

That isn’t what that article says.

It says “Stein campaign files Pennsylvania recount suit
Updated: NOVEMBER 28, 2016 — 3:30 PM EST”

Did I misunderstand something?

They changed it over the last few minutes - that update was there and now the article says otherwise. Oh, well.

Maybe I should test just how stupid her followers are and set up a funding account to raise money to sue Jill Stein for return of her donations. Unfortunately, at the last moment I will have to not actually sue. Oh well (hey, I need a new car and would like a big boat).

IF she has actually done this then it is all over....Wisconsin will not do a hand recount and Pa. puts Trump over the top.

Demi in North Carolina are trying to cause mischief I don’t think that will go anywhere

A recount has to be requested by a court order.....no indication that Hillary is filing a court case
