Donald Trump is meeting with his harshest critics Monday and the people who arguably got him elected ... the media.
Sources in Trump's camp tell us ... he's meeting with all the network heads Monday at 1 PM ET, and Trump will not hold back. We're told he wants to talk to them about how they got it so wrong during the campaign. TV execs will show up today, and Tuesday he'll do the same with the NY Times execs and others.
Trump's end game for the meeting is unclear, but we're told crow will be served.

He should tell them he is going to implement an affirmative action program for the press. No organization will get press credentials or any access unless they have at least 40% Republican/Conservatives in the editorial staff, management, ownership, production staff, etc....
Chuck Todd, Wolf, Lester, Charlie Rose, George Steptanapolous were seen in Trump Tower lobby
——he will deny them access to his administration if they continue their one sided reporting——
Amen..... that will put them out of business
He will make them an offer they dare not refuse
He’s Making America Great Agqin
Or better yet tell them that their news org has to reflect a cross section of american beliefs.
The President of NBC News who’s meeting with Trump, Deborah Turness, used to head a news operation in the UK (ITV) and apparently is not a US citizen.
She taking a job from an American citizen?
The Fairness Doctrine is contrary to the First Amendment and was used against conservative broadcasters by JFK, LBJ and Richard Nixon.
Its wrong and the Fairness Doctrine was opposed by Ronald Reagan and died when he was POTUS in the 1980’s.
Ooooo...intriguing.
An image of Capone played by DeNiro with a baseball bat just flashed in my mind.
Maybe he is hoping they can help quell the riots.
TRUMP IS GOING NUCLEAR!!
Speaking of “nuclear”, wait for Trump to re-start progress for a underground repository of spent nuclear fuel at Yucca Mountain in, wait for it, Harry Reid’s home state of Nevada.
Harry got this derailed for years, but still can be put back on track. It was just another duly enacted law that the lawless Bammy and the ass-kicked-by-his-own-exercise-equipment Dingy Harry evaded.
Any olive branch will wither before it is accepted. I think Trump understands that. Maybe he will be explaining some legal pitfalls of wilfull misrepresentation and repertorial prevarication.
See, if it was me, and it’s not, and I were DJT which I’m not, I would just generally ignore them and continue to drop hints over time as to the appallingly low credibility of the MSM and the shameful drooling they performed over the cult of Clinton.
The theory being: Positioned and indoctrinated as they are; and desperate to regain the credibility (I guess) they think they had, the same kind of needling Trump does to the left in general would cause them to get even more crazy; so it would perpetuate the thing we think caused them to lose their credibility in the first place.
I mean, it has to be an “Art of War” kind of thing, when your enemy (and make no mistake the media is now and from here forward will ALWAYS be his enemy) is busy committing suicide or sabotaging themselves, do not interfere.
Strongly relating Americans’ real and healthy concerns about the too few press/media owners, unaccountability and covertly coordinating with a political party and other media are a good start for me.
He is bringing them a crate of binkies and safety pins.
Bloomberg political reporter Jennifer Epstein reports that a gaggle of mainstream media TV executives and anchors entered the Trump Tower elevators shortly before 1pm for a meeting with Donald Trump. Among those named were the who-is-who of the prime time news circuit, including the following.
ABC:
George Stephanopoulos
Martha Radatz
David Muir
CBS: Charlies Rose
John Dickerson
Norah O’Donnell
Gayle King
CNN: Jeff Zucker
Wold Blitzer
Erin Burnett
Fox: Bill Shine
Jack Abernethy
Jay Wallace
Suzanne Scott
NBC: Deborah Turness
Lester Holt
Chuck Todd
Several executives from the network news divisions were also spotted on the way into Trump Tower: CNN president Jeff Zucker, ABC News president James Goldston, Fox News co-presidents Bill Shine and Jack Abernethy, and NBC News president Deborah Turness
According to CNN, the meeting was organized by Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, who is now a senior adviser to Trump. NBC’s Chuck Todd and Lester Holt; CNN’s Wolf Blitzer and Erin Burnett; CBS’s Norah O’Donnell, Charlie Rose, John Dickerson, and Gayle King; and ABC’s George Stephanopoulos were some of the anchors who were seen entering Trump Tower shortly before 1 p.m.
Maybe that’s why he met with the Hollywood agent yesterday ...
To crush the liberals, drive them before you, and hear the lamentations of their media peeps.
