Ivanka Trump and billionaire publisher Rupert Murdoch were spotted exiting an elevator in Trump Tower together as the president-elect continued to meet with his transition team and potential cabinet members.

The two appeared to be chatting as they stepped into the lobby before going their separate ways.

The Naked Cowboy - made famous for his Times Square antics - performed at the building around 4pm. As he sang, Trump's motorcade left the building to head to Bedminster, New Jersey, where he and his transition team will meet over the weekend at Trump National Golf Course.

Political and business elite as well as several family members have been spotted walking in and out of Trump Tower over the last several days.

Many are having meetings with Trump as the President-elect's transition team helps decide who will be by his side in the White House.

If Trump thinks Romney and Cruz are good for his Cabinet, I will support him. This man almost singlehandedly saved the Republican Party and hopefully this Country. i’m not going to give him grief over our petty Party politics. All Republicans need to come together quickly. We have the opportunity to change the world. It seems to me the only ones who can stop it would be us.

Now there is a straight up news article, just reporting the news of the day / moment without getting the rabid hatred for Donald Trump inserted into the article. Refreshing to see and a damn shame we have to get it from a UK based paper-website.

It’s amazing to watch the demeanor of these people and how they operate compared to how the Democrats operate.

Trump isn’t trashing anyone. He isn’t talking about the Democrats. He’s just getting down to work very focused and effective.

The last person speaking touched on a key issue for me. This is a “we” effort not an I or me effort.

Trump is gathering people who are interested in working for the nation to make it great again.

It’s that simple.

Good clean-cut people who all love the United States and want to see it prosper.

When you think about it, these are loyal U. S. Citizens who are as dedicated as we would be. It almost brings tears to your eyes to know what we’re on the road to doing over the next four years.

We have a gracious, forgiving, and loving God.

We are do fortunate right now.

Thanks for posting this article. It says President Trump promises to work all weekend. No doubt the MSM will ignore the fact of our hardworking President-elect - that not only is he going to work for $1, but he is going to be WORKING so hard. I hope he will find a way to get some rest, though he doesn’t seem to need much of it.

You know it occured to me that Trump could end up spending more time at golf resorts than Obama did, except he’ll be working and probably not even playing golf. And he will own the place.

I agree with you. I am not going to second-guess Trump at this early stage of the game, and I will defer to his judgment. He has shown tremendous skill thus far, as he single-handedly defeated EVERYONE and EVERYTHING!

I have no use for Romney, but Trump obviously sees something there. I’d sure like to see Cruz on SCOTUS, though!

I don’t get everyone saying Cruz would be a great SCOTUS pick.
Has he ever been a sitting judge?
Has there ever been a Supreme who went from lawyer to Supremes without being a judge?

He is a brilliant legal mind. A Justice not only need not be nor have been a judge but he/she doesn’t even have to be a lawyer.

SCOTUS is about understanding the USC and has nothing to do with day to day judging.
